The most helpful thing about Deel is that they have step by step videos for everything. Also,Deel support is great and they respond quickly.

Only downside for the moment,they don't have a way to transfer straight to Binance.

The only disadvantage is that you must pay ever time you transfer your money, so If I am from Mexico it is changing the value + you must pay a fee

There's nothing I don't like. Maybe unavailability of physical cards for Ukrainian users.
