Best payment processing experience
What do you like best about the product?
What I love about Deel is that I can get a receipt for every payment made to me. The receipt includes very detailed information which helps me a lot for when I'm required to send proof of payments to my bank.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike about Deel is the high amount charged for withdrawing money to my local bank account. I've been charged less when withdrawing money to my local bank account with other platforms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I recently requested help to add my Dolarapp account to withdraw money. The assistance I received was great and there are no problems currently.
Once you understand how it works, the UX makes it easier for you.
What do you like best about the product?
Instant card, the UI is simple and clean. The support team is good.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not being able to directly transfer to another deel account.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
To get paid on time and to move that money easily to my local bank account.

It is easy to use, transfers arrive quickly to your bank account, the customer service has friendly people who help you resolve questions or problems efficiently.

I have no complaints, it should just reach more markets in other parts of the world where the platform is little known.

It is an efficient platform for payment.
Pretty smooth process
What do you like best about the product?
Once I had an account created, things seemed to work relatively smooth.
What do you dislike about the product?
It took longer than I would have liked to sign up and go through the whole authentication process. Also I think the "make a contract" process could have been improved.

Deel makes it easy to hire new people and seems to have a lot of resources to answer people's FAQs.

Provides a robust way for the company I work for to make payments to me without needing to deal with all the paperwork.
