I wish I had access to CSM in another way besides emails and meetings. Maybe a phone number or chat?

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps our employees in Europe to be part of the company in the same working conditions. And they always have someone to turn to if they have any problem.

Easy interface, employees are getting paid on time and I don't need to know the local regulations

--We honestly couldn't have gotten through the compensation review process without this. Total rewards has become such a hot (and high stakes) topic these past few years, Assemble made it easy to do it well. I'd recommend to anyone.

--Nothing! The only feedback we have is to continue building out great new features (e.g. role leveling matrix) and integrations (Gusto).

What do you like best about the product?
Deel values their customers, their customer service is really good they always make sure they understand your problem before anything, and you can tell they are really trying to help you and not trying to get rid of you off the call like other customer services do. their customer service is like a flashlight in the dark.
What do you dislike about the product?
When using money-sending platforms we expect them to be fast and easy to use. So far there is nothing to dislike about deel, try them and you won't regret you did it
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Deel is making it easy to send and receive money across different continents. it solves my problems is that it's fast, convenient, and easy to use and they don't have any complications when signing up.

What do you like best about the product?
Deel is quite speedy when it comes to responding to customers and the platform is quite smooth to navigate, they offer an early withdrawal solution that is also quite helpful, the transaction fees aren't high, and they offer multiple options for withdrawal.
What do you dislike about the product?
I had a technical issue with a software that Deel works with, customer support handled it though and they sent me the link I needed and were patient with me, they also followed up with my review and issues to check if it happened again.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Definitely gives me peace of mind to receive payments quickly and efficiently. It is easier to plan my finances that way.
Finally a fully comprehensive solution for fair and equitable compensation practices!
What do you like best about the product?
The platform is incredibly intuitive and easy to use. Having all of our compensation data in one place vs using endless spreadsheets is magical! The onboarding process and team support have been invaluable. The team at Assemble has a deep understanding of compensation in a way that practically maps to our philosophy, culture and how we're scaling the team.
What do you dislike about the product?
As with most new systems, it took a while to get everything uploaded but they made the process easy and did almost all of the work for us! There are a few features that would be nice to have but most of the things we requested are already on their upcoming roadmap.

Recruiting in the current unpredictable market; providing a clear and explainable compensation philosophy; pay equity; pay transparency; running compensation cycles

Fantastic game-changing product and superstar team! I cannot recommend Assemble enough!
Perfect tool for compensation analysis!
What do you like best about the product?
Assemble puts everything in a visual, easy-to-understand format. It helped us to see what the market data was compared to our current practices to ensure fairness and accuracy in all of our compensation decisions. The team is highly responsive and allows us to make nuanced requests to make sure the tool is giving us the insight we need.
What do you dislike about the product?
Given this is a newer tool, some of the reporting isn't quite where we would hope it to be. There are some reports and actions that aren't self-service, which takes out some of the experimentation you can do in the platform. That should come with time and product iteration though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They're the only tool we've seen that provides such a robust solution for analyzing market data, comparing that to current compensation practices, and building out strategies that can be fair/equitable while based in the real world.

Very helpful tool for our HR team and we feel very supported by their customer facing teams. Highly reccomend.

Haven't had negative feedback yet. Got what we paid for and they've underpromised, over delivered.
