Much more than expected.
What do you like best about the product?
I love the quick responses, the friendly taxes and most o all the amount of different features provided that make the whole experience more interesting and makes me feel more assisted.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel like I need to be closer to deel on my phone, so an app would make that conection on the go great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Deel provides me with currency conversion and sends my payment to my favorite bank in a very short time.
The wonderful System
What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Deel is that it's very easy to use and offers many ways to withdraw money. It's organized in such a way that you always know where you want to go. The menus, the design—everything points to it being an excellent program.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I like least about Deel is that there isn’t a Deel card available yet to withdraw money from banks in Ecuador. However, I know they are working on it so that everyone can have access to a card.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I think Deel is making significant improvements in terms of design and usability. For example, the menus are much better than before, and now it can be used on mobile phones, making it much easier and more convenient to withdraw your money to your bank accounts.

I like the fact that my money is always deposited on my bank account the day and I love the fact that I have many ways to withdraw my money

They help me securing my payment and it is all what I want

Conversion rate and delivery time, my bank always gets the money same day, except when it's done after a certain hour of the day.
What do you dislike about the product?
Cutoff time can make transfers last days after expectation.

If they could please fix the delay with certain banks in Dominican republic it would be great.

Nothing! I haven't had any issues with the platform and service.

Easy to use, it's pretty, it was haste-free. Lots of features, although not extremely easy to find them all.

The UI isn't extremely responsive, although it's not bad either.

It's letting me get paid by my employer.
Deel has been a very solid platform and a great resource!
What do you like best about the product?
All the available options that makes it something more than just a payment platform! The customer support is helpful an overall it's a user friendly platform and easy to use!

I just wish they had a mobile application for it!

Deel allows me to receive my salary faster than the other platform I have been working with previously!

easy to navigate, I've reached out to their CSR, very friendy anf helpful. i didnt really encounter issue with them

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about Deel is being able to change my money into different currencies without losing it in the process or paying high commissions to intermediaries.

A negative point is that it still does not have the card service in Latin America and that is very useful to be able to withdraw your money at ATMs.

I like that Deel has adjusted some withdrawal fees and that benefits me with less money I lose in fees

you can withdraw early and the cash advance is the best
What do you dislike about the product?
I cant think of any in 3 years that Ive been using deel, but I had one instance that the funds were given twice and they consider it as cash advance without fee.

The problem in getting the payment for people in the easiest way.
