Senior Sales Compensation Analyst
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to see compensation & bands in one place. Comp history is very easy to see, and the offer letter feature for recruiting is so nice. It's a very visually appealing tool and easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Still working on adding more features, so not everything is available yet, but sounds like they are working on a lot of improvements and love feedback.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Adding bonus actuals history so you can see total compensation history, not just target compensation.

What do you like best about the product?

What do you dislike about the product?
I love everything. I only dislike that whatever you are paying Carolina Gesso is simply not enough! She was kind and patient with me and even helped me when my numbers weren't adding up correctly. Deel has gained a loyal customer and its because of Carolina!

Deel is easy to understand because it has a user-friendly interface. For Colombia, the payment takes around 24 hours to arrive in my local bank account. The fees are competitive and the support team is helpful and kind. I really like Deel, Also I feel that it is secure and has many valuable features.
