What do you like best about the product?
I'm only getting into Deel, but it seems smooth, easy to use. The indications are very clear and easy to follow, so as to set up everything without problems.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't noticed anything that I can think is a problem within Deel. Only issue I have had is with verifying my withdrawal method but that's an issue with the other system, not actually Deel.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For me, since it's international payments that I'm just beginning to deal with, it provides a very clear platforms with rates and information that I need to be able to work without a lot of hassle, so it's really good for me in that way.

It has an working app and website most of the time. The features are quite clear and the support service is somewhat OK.
What do you dislike about the product?
The fees for bank transfers are much too high.
There can be improvement in stability, when it's pay day the app takes more time to load.

I do not need to keep like an US bank account I think but Deel was the only option for payments also, so there is that.

One of its most notable aspects is the seamless integration, which enables us to onboard new users smoothly and without complications. Although our team only uses it every other week, it remains essential for monitoring expected payments, amounts, and deadlines. The features Deel provides are genuinely impressive!
What do you dislike about the product?
The main issue we face is with the notifications sent to our users. For instance, when a new contract becomes available for signing, our users do not receive the notification immediately, despite having all the necessary permissions enabled. Usually, the notification arrives a few minutes later, but by that time, the users have already signed the contract. If this aspect were improved, our experience would be perfect.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This has been a great help for managing our multi-country payroll. Keeping up with our headquarters in New York is already challenging, but having to coordinate with teams around the world adds another layer of complexity. This solution really makes things easier and takes a huge weight off our shoulders.

I am a Colombian living in Bogotá, currently under contract with a company in Canada. I receive my payroll in Canada through Deel, and I find it very easy to move my money wherever I need. I can also get advances and spend directly using the Deel card, which has made managing my finances much more convenient.

It usually takes about three to five days for Deel to receive money from my employer, which I find frustrating. I don't understand why Deel can't make this process quicker or more straightforward.

Deel has helped me manage the issue of juggling multiple bank accounts. I find it very convenient to transfer funds to any card I need, or even directly into crypto, which is great.
