Legitimate platform
What do you like best about the product?
The user experience is great. Uploading documentation is very easy and super fast.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. I find it very useful and easy to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Deel makes it easy for providers and companies to pay me. Is the perfect platform to receive payment because it legitimizes funds and companies.
Seamless Salary Management with Organizability
What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate how organized Deel is, which makes managing my salary and contract details straightforward. The platform clearly displays my terms, conditions, and contracts with clients, making it easy to keep track of expectations. I don't need to maintain my own copies since everything I need is saved there. I love knowing my salary cycles, helping me to anticipate exactly when to expect my salary and allowing me to coordinate with the payroll department if required. Deel streamlines these processes and has made receiving my salary quick and hassle-free, solving the withdrawal challenges I faced with PayPal before. When using Deel, I feel empowered to access necessary information about who I report to and who my manager is, as all organization data is conveniently present. The setup was super easy, thanks to the company sending an invite that created my account, making the transition seamless and efficient. I couldn't recommend Deel enough and find it perfect for my needs.

I find Deel simplifies payroll processes, allowing me to receive my salary quickly and easily, unlike PayPal. It organizes salary cycles and contracts, making it accessible and reliable without holding my money.

Different platforms or methods to transfer money and receive a contract.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing for the moment, everything is clear, efective and transparent

I don't have a huge problem yet, but I get answers quickly
Easy option for financial use of freelancers
What do you like best about the product?
It is very easy to navigate. I like that I can see my contracts and payment information easily. The process for withdrawal of payment was very simple. It made getting my tax documents for last year easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
That you have to constantly use an outside app to verify your identity, but this is becoming more and more common with other programs and apps.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Deel is allowing me to be paid by my organization. I work remotely and have no direct contact with the organization. This is the way I sign contracts and get paid.
Great EOR Management, But Broader HR Features Could Improve
What do you like best about the product?
I think the biggest benefit of Deel is the EOR system. It is really easy to put new EOR employees into the system and to manage the payroll.
What do you dislike about the product?
Other than EOR, I persoanlly think Rippling is better to manage the entire stack of hiring + payroll.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hiring international employees globally, especially in Korea. It was so much easier to hire someone in Korea.

What do you like best about the product?
Deel is an excellent platform for managing international payments. It seamlessly transfers my USD earnings from Turing directly to my local bank account in INR, typically within just one business day. I also highly value the 'Deel Advance' feature, which allows me to withdraw a lump sum against my salary and repay it automatically the following month.
What do you dislike about the product?
However, I am disappointed that certain features, such as Deel Cards and promo codes, are currently unavailable in the Indian market. Expanding these services to India would greatly improve the experience.

1) Effortless Onboarding: It streamlines the administrative side of things, making it very easy to sign contracts and manage documents digitally.
2)International Transfers: It makes receiving USD payments from my employer (Turing) simple and fast, converting to INR in just one business day.
3)Liquidity: The 'Deel Advance' feature allows me to withdraw money against my future earnings, which is a huge benefit for managing unexpected expenses.

A very beginner friendly application to withdraw the funds. Only by providing the bank details, it automatically converts the USD into INR and with minimal charges. Also, the changes breakdown are transparent. The overall process is smooth and fast, making it ideal for freelancers and first-time users.

While the app functions smoothly, the payout processing times can occasionally be unpredictable. This unpredictability may lead to delays, which can be inconvenient for users who depend on receiving their withdrawals promptly.

Deel addresses the challenges of complex international payments by offering quick, transparent, and user-friendly withdrawals. The platform automatically converts USD to INR with low fees, eliminates the hassle of manual paperwork, and provides detailed breakdowns of all charges. Thanks to these features, I have saved time, experienced less confusion, and received my payouts efficiently without any additional effort.

I like Deel so much because it allows me to see my contract, to take money in advance for my incoming wages and more.

Sometimes the tariff may be high when transferring money to another country.

I dislike the exchange rates offered by Deel, as they sometimes feel quite high compared to market rates, affecting the final payout.

To obtain help at sign-up from 2 of 3 options didn't work
I could not obtain customer support through email, since the last step didn't accept my form
I could not obtain help through whatsapp since it required me to login (to solve my sign-up issue)
Later I found that I can sing-in through gmail, which helped me much more that the customer support that cannot be reached by any way
