All-in-One Payroll Solution with Seamless Features
What do you like best about the product?
Deel brings all my payroll needs together in one place, making it easy to check my balance, see when the next payroll is due, and access fast, free withdrawal options. I appreciate receiving a notification every time my payroll arrives. I’m also a fan of the new feature that lets you create virtual credit cards for use anywhere. The mobile app is excellent, offering biometric authentication and nearly all the features available on the desktop version. I find myself visiting Deel regularly to keep track of my payroll status and balance.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing in particular. The only suggestion I have is for the mobile app to load a bit faster.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I get paid directly on Deel, without having to go through internal bank transfers, which apart from being slow, are costly.
Effortlessly Simple and User-Friendly
What do you like best about the product?
The product is simple and user-friendly, with a setup process that was very straightforward. I appreciate that everything is easily accessible through the app.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, I haven't found anything I dislike, but I have only been using it for less than a month.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The payment process has become much more convenient.
First-time user and so far very impressed and continue to be so.
What do you like best about the product?
Unlike some other related platforms, Deel is easy to register and use, with each of the key sections in separate tabs but well labelled. This makes navigation and updating of information easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far nothing specific comes to mind, although the tax help is not available in the country I am in. While I am very familiar due to similar roles and platforms, I know many people find the SA tax system for freelance projects like this difficult to understand, so it would be useful to have it available at some point or, at the very least, a link(s) to the relevant SARS page (which is periodically checked). Many of the perks or rewards are also not available or are not relevant.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting paid internationally, even with established methods like PayPal etc., can be a complex process in SA and often fraught with delays and admin, so a robust withdrawal system with different options and invoice templates is always useful.
User-Friendly and Well-Organized Software
What do you like best about the product?
The software is user-friendly, with options that are simple to navigate. Each topic is organized correctly under its appropriate category, making it easy to find what I need.
What do you dislike about the product?
When I use the Deel app in combination with the Deel desktop software, it occasionally gets stuck and prompts me to log in several times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Receiving or sending salaries across multiple countries is incredibly easy and fast. Additionally, submitting reimbursements is also very simple and quick.
Efficient Transfers with Low Fees and Multiple Options
What do you like best about the product?
very efficient, low transfer fee and many transfer options

sometimes it is a littlie bit difficult to deal with as it gets confusing to find my transactions.

getting my international payments in a mean time with low cost

The payment process from my company through Deel is seamless.

The Deel card remains unavailable in my country of residence.

With Deel, I am able to receive payments from several countries I work with, which really helps to simplify the process and saves me a lot of hassle.
Clear Client Communication, But Onboarding Could Be Smoother

Deal helps facilitate clearer communication between clients, making payment terms and work processes more transparent.
What do you dislike about the product?
As a first-time user of this platform, I found it somewhat challenging to grasp certain aspects of the context. Having a video tutorial or an introductory guide readily available within the platform itself would have been very helpful, even though I know such a video does exist on YouTube.

The platform offers clear transparency when it comes to work processes, contracts, and payments with clients. This openness helps build trust and ensures that both parties are always aware of the terms and expectations.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the withdrawal feature. I get my money in my local bank account in just 3 clicks.
What do you dislike about the product?
Currently, I have no dislikes about Deel Payroll

Deel enables me receive money from my contractors in my local currency. It simplifies multi-country payments.
As a contractor I am excited when companies I work with use Deel.
What do you like best about the product?
Deel's easy on boarding process is by far it's most valuable feature. It is quick, convenient, and stores all documents in one place. Deel stands out by their fantastic and smooth payment process which maintains transparent communication and easy payouts, managing all taxes and transfer duties.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only negative in my experience is the complex interface that may be confusing at first, but it is easy to learn how to navigate and features customization options for your home screen.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Deel solves my problems by handling all contract documentation in one place, and archiving all records, meaning I have all the information about my contracts and transactions readily available.
