An excellent way to earn money working for a company in another country.

Compliance checks may take some time and require documentation and a webcam.

Effortless Contractor Onboarding, Needs Faster Approval Process
What do you like best about the product?
I like Deel because it's pretty easy to use and has good instructions that are easy to follow. It works well as an HR system for being a contractor, offering all I need to work with another company as a contractor. The setup was fairly straightforward and the onboarding was quick, taking about an hour, although identity verification took around 1-2 business days, which I feel is reasonable.
What do you dislike about the product?
I got paid based on time. I updated my time sheet, however, the employer has not approved after more than 2 weeks. I don't know how I can ask them to review it. I'd hope Deel could inform the employer and follow up with them to get the approval. There should be a timeline to approve the payment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Deel to sign contracts, get paid, set up direct deposit, and verify identity. It's an easy-to-use HR system with good instructions, covering all my needs as a contractor.
Variety in Withdrawals, But Improvement in Usability
What do you like best about the product?
I like the options that Deel provides for withdrawal and the possibilities it offers to simplify my payments. It allows me to have many withdrawal options, which give me the possibility to choose the best system for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
The ease of use of the application is sometimes not intuitive. Additionally, the account opening process is sometimes unclear for creating a personal account rather than a corporate one.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to charge fees from a foreign supplier and simplify my collections with various withdrawal options, allowing me to choose the best system for me.
Efficient Payroll Solution with Easy Setup
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Deel helps manage payroll even for companies not listed in India. Also, the salary gets credited to my bank account within 24 hours. My company pays on the 31st in AED, and it's credited to my Deel account on the same day, so I have it by the 1st. The initial setup was very easy, especially with the Google SSO login.
What do you dislike about the product?
For India, they should include UPI payment option for fastest money transfer.

Deel helps manage payroll for my company that's not listed in India. It ensures my salary credits to my bank within 24 hours, improving financial reliability.

What do you dislike about the product?
I’ve noticed a few small downsides with Deel. The reporting and dashboard options feel a bit limited, and sometimes compliance checks or contract approvals take longer than expected, especially when starting out or dealing with certain countries. The support team is helpful, but responses can be a bit slow during busy times. It’s also on the pricier side for small teams or startups. Plus, with so many features, it can take some time to figure everything out

Deel makes handling international payments and contracts so much easier. It takes care of all the compliance and tax stuff, so I don’t have to worry about it. Managing different currencies and countries used to be a headache, but now everything’s in one place and super simple. The automated payments save a ton of time, and I love how smooth the whole process feels - it really makes working with global teams stress-free.

The app feels a bit too heavy on Android, which affects its performance. I also found it difficult to get in touch with customer support. Additionally, there are a few banking features missing that have resulted in some extra costs for me.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease with which you can work by integrating all the systems. I have everything in one place, and I don't have to be jumping between different platforms at the same time, everything is integrated in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the UX of the user experience. Yes, issues with the visuals, nothing more, otherwise everything works very correctly.

What do you like best about the product?
I’ve used several platforms for international hiring, but Deel is easily the finest for managing global contracts and payroll. The platform itself is incredibly smooth and intuitive, but what really sets them apart is the support. The staff is professional, genuinely understands the complexities of international laws, and is always ready to help.
Perhaps the biggest win for me is the exchange rates. Getting paid in my local currency through Deel is fantastic; the rates are much more competitive than other platforms I’ve tried. It’s rare to find a tool that balances a great user experience with actual financial value for the user.
