What do you like best about the product?
I've been using Deel for one year and it has made my work so much easier! I love how simple it is to manage contracts and payments all in one place. Everything is clear, fast, and reliable. I always know when I’ll get paid, and I never have to worry about international transfers or paperwork.
Customer support is great too — super quick and friendly whenever I have a question. Overall, Deel saves me time and gives me peace of mind. Totally recommend it to anyone working with clients or teams abroad!

What do you dislike about the product?
Overall, Deel is a great platform, but there are a few things that could be improved. Sometimes the fees or exchange rates can feel a bit high, especially when withdrawing funds in certain currencies. I’ve also noticed that payment processing can occasionally take a little longer than expected, depending on the payout method.
The platform itself is easy to use, but a few features could be more customizable for example, more detailed payment tracking or clearer updates about currency conversions.
None of these are dealbreakers, but improving these small areas would make Deel even better.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Deel makes it easy to get paid by clients abroad without worrying about bank issues, exchange rates, or paperwork. It saves me time and gives me peace of mind knowing everything is handled properly.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Deel is easy to manage and that its platform is intuitive, which allows me to use it without complications. Additionally, I appreciate that it constantly informs me about the status of my money, as this gives me peace of mind. On other platforms, you often don't know where your money is, and with Deel, I'm always aware, which spares me the uncertainty. It was quite easy to perform the initial setup, which made it easy for me to start using the service quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I had a problem with Deel some time ago when I sent money to the wrong account. I received incorrect information about where my money was, which was different from what the other bank, to which the money was supposedly sent, indicated. This created confusion and was a negative aspect of my experience with Deel.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Deel to receive payments in foreign currency and transfer them to my local account. The platform is easy to manage, intuitive, and provides peace of mind by always showing where my money is.

I can't think of any particularly significant issues. Perhaps the fact that the physical card isn't available in all countries could be seen as a drawback, but this doesn't really affect me since there are other ways to manage your payments.

What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, my experience has been overwhelmingly positive. If I had to mention something, it would be that the currency conversion fee, while transparent, is still a cost I have to bear. I wish there was a way for my client to cover that fee on their end, but I understand this is a standard practice with most financial platforms. It's a minor point, and the fee is still lower than what my local bank or other services like PayPal would charge.

What do you like best about the product?
Customer Service mail responses and the visa credit card
What do you dislike about the product?
Customer service chat responses, they take too loong and usually the ones in the chat had no idea what they're talking about.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm not aware about what problems they are solving, I only use the platform to receive payments, but I do have seen improvements, specially in customer service.
