Effortless Money Transfers with Deel
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate how easy Deel is to use, with very clear instructions that make the entire process straightforward. The app provides quick money transfers, which is highly efficient for managing finances. Additionally, everything on the app is well-explained, making it user-friendly. Deel also offers excellent transfer fees, which are very favorable when moving money from my account to another bank account. Signing up and setting up the app were straightforward processes, requiring minimal time and effort, and ensuring a smooth initial experience.

I use Deel to receive payments efficiently and transfer money with minimal fees. It's user-friendly, with clear instructions and a fast setup. The app simplifies usage and makes the process seamless.
Great Features, But Needs Dual Language Support
What do you like best about the product?
Super easy to start using it. Only once I need to verify and then I can sign hassle free other contracts. I use it on the monthly basis. There is quite a bit of features like ability to upload your own contract, submit expenses or even create your own contract. The customer bot is quite good, though if I needed a person they didn't prevent me from speaking with him. It also has great API that can be used for workflow automations, super easy to implement.
What do you dislike about the product?
No dual language contracts out of the box, would be great because otherwise the translation is required and deel contract isn't a short one which can cost quite a bit. The switching between organizations sometimes can bug out.

Deel is a very good sofa overall.
Good app but needs quite a lot of improvement in resolution of issues and escalation process

I like that its an easy app to set up the contract with the company and to add almost any payment method to it.

I have had quite hard time going back and forth with CS reps. chatting trying to solve an ID issue I had. Finally after a long period of time, I was able to solve it. They need to work badly harder on improving it!

It created an integrated platform to manage company's contract along with the payment system that can be set up worldwide.

I use Deel for monthly payments. It's easy to use and very practical, streamlining the process of downloading necessary documents. However, sometimes the payment dates are inaccurate, which causes concern until they arrive.
