Furthermore, I value the access to important forms like the certificate of employment, which are crucial proofs of my job as a remote virtual assistant. This capability is particularly important since remote jobs often lack easy access to such documentation, and I find it useful for both business and personal purposes. Additionally, Deel's initial setup process was seamless and very easy, making the transition smooth and allowing me to focus more on my work rather than dealing with complex administrative tasks. What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate Deel for its effectiveness in resolving payment-related issues, which now allows me to receive payments from my employer easily and quickly. The feature I admire most is Deel Advance, which provides me with the option of receiving cash advances. Additionally, I find the virtual credit card extremely beneficial as it eliminates any fees, enabling me to make online purchases without additional costs. This convenience and cost-effectiveness make the virtual credit card a standout feature for me. I also value the security and speed of the payment process, which gives me peace of mind. Having all these features available within a single app is incredibly convenient, removing the need to rely on multiple platforms, especially for handling credit card functions on other applications. The setup process was straightforward, with clear instructions, making my overall experience with Deel smooth and efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the fee for the Deel advance is a bit high. It's a fixed cost of 10 USD regardless of the advance amount, whether I'm requesting 20 USD or 300 USD. This fee seems particularly high when dealing with smaller advance requests, such as under 50 USD. I believe the fees should be more balanced and proportionate to the amount being advanced. Additionally, there's a missing feature with the Deel card—I cannot accept payments from external sources. Currently, I'm only able to receive payments from my employer. It would be beneficial if I could also accept transfers or payments directly from other individuals or external sources.

What I like most about Deel is that they always pay on time or even earlier than expected. They have plenty of options for receiving payment. The platform is quite easy to use.

There is no disadvantage to using Deel. So far, everything has worked perfectly for me!

Deel has quite fast and efficient support, if I have any problem with my payments, it is easily resolved.
