Efficient and User Friendly
What do you like best about the product?
My favourite features of deal:
- How easy it is to access everything.
Being able to quickly access contracts for proof of employment, or payment stubs and pay history and its all very intuitive. The homepage provides you with the most important information right away and in plain sight.
- Security
There's a very strong sense of security using deel just because of how secure it is. Multifactor authentication which is always a good sign, there has never been a time where I worry about potential breaches.
Ease of use goes hand in hand with ease of access but being able to report more hours to the company contracting me very easily and very quickly is very nice, it helps you get paid quicker. As well as having an integrated work calendar that tracks all the days of so you never miss a beat with what the team is doing.
Something I think is not really spoken about is just how easy it is to get started on the platform. Once you've provided all the necessary information thats very easy and quick to input you're almost good to go, including signing contracts which can be done through deel.
Not a crazy big point but the options for withdrawal are also really solid with a good variety to cover different peoples needs from speed to value.

I have not any issues with the platform so far. The only issues were login on IOS but it has since been fixed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem Deel solves is providing a means of paying contractors from multiple countries. It closes the gap and allows for a quick and easy to track system that leaves everyone happy.
It works - don't fall for the review practices like I did.
What do you like best about the product?
I did this G2 review because they promised an Amazon Gift Card on an email communication, not only I did not get a Gift Card but they contacted my to try an boos the review to the maximum qualification which I did not do, because I stand by what I said originally, it works, but is far from perfect. it does not deserve a perfect score, at least not yet.
What do you dislike about the product?
Stop the advertising to request reviews if you are going to be braking promises, this just damages your image, you were a 4/5 to me before, now is more like a 3/5, accept your imperfections and work to improve them instead of gaslighting people to try an get a perfect score review....

Deel Delivers Fast, Reliable Payments—A Must for Contractors
What do you like best about the product?
Deel is very reliable. On my payday, my money is already available on my Deel account between 2:00 AM and 4:00 AM. And, if I withdraw before 12 PM to my local bank account, it is available the same day. I don't have to worry about anything. A company that cares for its contractors should use DEEL without any hesitation.
What do you dislike about the product?
For my 1-year experience with Deel, I have not found anything I dislike yet.

Effortless Payment Processing with Deel
What do you like best about the product?
I love the simplicity and intuitiveness of Deel's interface, which made the initial setup process very easy for me. It is as easy to use as a smartphone, and I could confidently set up everything on my own without any difficulties. I greatly appreciate the reliable payment processing feature that Deel offers, which ensures I receive my payments on time with multiple withdrawal options. This is particularly important for me as a contractor working with employers located in different countries, making the whole process seamless and hassle-free. Deel serves as an efficient intermediary between myself and my employers, simplifying payment processing across borders. It provides good service, which I value highly. Given my overall positive experience, I would rate Deel a nine out of ten and definitely consider using it again due to its excellent capabilities.

Effortless Hiring and Benefits Management with Seamless Payments
What do you like best about the product?
Deel makes the hiring process and employee benefits management very easy. It has a great payment integration, something employees can use every day.

The payment integration with some partners can have a high cost, so users need to be aware of taxes that may incur.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Deel solves the problem of helping companies from one country hire people from another country (a US company hiring talent from LATAM). They simplify hiring and payments, integrating with some fintechs to make payments arrive as fast as possible to people.
Easy Salary Management, But UI Can Be Slow
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of receiving and withdrawing salary.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the UI can be very slow to load.

Remote work management hurdles.
Review of my use of Deel
What do you like best about the product?
I can view my contract with the company at any time, payments are always prompt, and after a certain period of employment, I can receive salary advances for when I need more money.
What do you dislike about the product?
When I started working, I could send money from my Deel account to my personal bank account that I use in my country of residence, but some time ago those transfers stopped being free and now they charge me $40 to make a conversion.

Having an employment contract even if you don't live in the company's country of origin
Fast and Highly Reliable, But Room for Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
It is fast and I find highly reliable for payments. I really trust them.

I consider they can improve the amount Charged for fees. Eventhough it keeps being amazing

Efficient and Trustworthy Platform for Payments
What do you like best about the product?
I love how quick and smooth the payment process is with Deel. Every time I withdraw my earnings, the money arrives in my national bank account the very next business day. it’s super fast and reliable! It really takes away any stress about getting paid on time.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, nothing to dislike. Deel has been reliable and easy to use. I’m satisfied with how everything works, and I look forward to seeing how the platform continues improving.

I work as an hourly contractor, and Deel makes getting paid super easy and fast. Other payment apps sometimes hold the money for days or create issues, but Deel just works with no delays.
Easy Time Logging, But Limited Multi-Company Support And Withdrawal-Methods
What do you like best about the product?
With just a few clicks, I can easily log my working hours. The withdrawal option is also straightforward to locate.
What do you dislike about the product?
Currently, Deel's business terms do not allow freelancers to work with more than one company under a freelance contract for $49. If you are working with multiple companies and wish to withdraw your earnings using your Wise account, you are required to use a Wise business account. However, to use a Wise business account, you must have a very expensive EOR Enquiry contract, which means most of your earnings will be lost to fees. If Deel cannot resolve this issue, I will have to switch to Remofirst, which is much more affordable. I do not recommend Deel for freelancers who have more than one business. The support ticket system also needs to be revised. I often have trouble finding my support tickets.

There is a clear separation of business operations within international teams, which I appreciate. The contract processing is handled efficiently through third parties, and both contract and time management are well organized.
