What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Deel is how easy it is for me to keep track of my working hours and handle my payments with full control. The platform makes these tasks feel very straightforward.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have no complaints about Deel; everything has met my expectations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The platform is already excellent and user-friendly. I didn't encounter any issues during my onboarding experience, and it's reassuring to know that the company is continually working to enhance this process.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use
I can input all additional incomes easlly

Once I had a problem that my money was returned from my bank account to my Deel account. I thought I lost the money but the app received the same amount I previously requested to transfer

What do you like best about the product?
I think that Deel has a great company idea, which really stands out to me as a first-time user. What do you like best about the product?
I love using Deel for receiving my payments as a contractor because it eliminates long waits, allowing me to access my funds promptly. One of the standout features I appreciate is the variety of withdrawal options available. I have the flexibility to withdraw to local accounts, bank accounts, and even cryptocurrency accounts, all while enjoying low transaction fees. Additionally, my experience with Deel's customer support has been very positive. When I faced an issue due to being in a restricted country, the support team promptly addressed my concerns and guided me through the resolution process efficiently. The initial setup of Deel was also smooth and uncomplicated, making it easy to get started without any significant hurdles. Overall, my experience with Deel has been highly satisfactory, leading me to confidently rate the likelihood of recommending it to friends or colleagues as a 10 out of 10.

I personally had some troubles using the app or downloading it, so I prefer to use it on the website but I didn’t try anymore.

What do you like best about the product?
Very user friendly and allows to use different withdrawal methods and split the withdrawal into different accounts
What do you dislike about the product?
At first I had issues setting up the withdrawal to my bank account and it took a few tries to figure that part out

Deel is facilitating bi-weekly pay for the organization I do freelance work for and it makes it easy to withdraw the money the same day it's deposited.

What do you like best about the product?
During my use of Deel, I have been thoroughly impressed by its exceptional convenience and high degree of flexibility. As a global payroll platform, it perfectly solves the most persistent and frustrating payment collection issues faced in remote work. The Withdrawal feature is particularly noteworthy; the entire process is exceptionally smooth and intuitive, supporting multiple withdrawal methods and currencies, which makes fund transfers simple and highly efficient. Furthermore, Deel’s Onboarding process is designed to be highly user-centric. Account setup is extremely simple, allowing quick adoption with virtually no learning curve. Overall, Deel has significantly simplified my administrative tasks, drastically boosting my work efficiency and overall experience. If 10 is the highest score, I would unhesitatingly give it a 10 out of 10, and strongly recommend it to anyone dealing with cross-border payroll.
What do you dislike about the product?
If I were to offer one small suggestion, it would be to further shorten the time it takes for funds to arrive. While the current processing speed is within industry standards, given how efficient and smooth all of Deel's other features are, if withdrawals could become 'instant' or significantly faster, the entire user experience would truly be flawless.

Deel has perfectly addressed my pain points regarding salary collection. As a payroll management tool, it demonstrates exceptional flexibility and convenience. The Withdrawal feature, in particular, is designed to be highly user-friendly; it is simple and intuitive, making the payment process completely hassle-free. The only slight downside is the speed of fund arrival. While the platform itself operates quickly, there is still room for improvement regarding the actual time it takes for funds to land. If transfer speeds could be further optimized and waiting times reduced in the future, the overall user experience would be absolutely perfect.

Useless middle man with buggy app

What do you like best about the product?
Kinda nice UI, ios and web app,,,,,,,,,.
What do you dislike about the product?
I had big 2 weeks problem due to incompetence of deel employees which I fixed by myself,
Long story short during withdrawal they provided some incorrect information for my bank and refused to issue swift correcting message
In the end I just waited 2 weeks untill my banks just send the transaction back and tried again

during this 2 weeks I was pretty nervous explaining support what they are supposed to do and explaining what problem the deel caused
not pleasant experience
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They are not solving any problem , in fact they can be considered as extra useless layer for me which sometimes causes problems
I would be much happier receiving swift transaction directly

also deel is pretty useless from business point of view considering the fact that they are using other provider for making transactions.
