It simply works. It's simple to use and anyone can use it's features.

Nothing at all. Deel is a great platform to receive money.

Creating invoices with ease and providing overseas money transfers without a problem.

Nothing — consistent failures across service, communication, and compliance.
What do you dislike about the product?
Unlawful conduct, liquidity issues with their provider, delayed payments, false statements, and unaccountable customer service.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
None — their failures created more problems, including payment delays, compliance risks, and operational disruptions.
Intuitive Interface and Great Perks, But Slow Load Times
What do you like best about the product?
It has a very intuitive user inteface, and I apreciate all the perks, specially the posibility of the deel advance
What do you dislike about the product?
The load times tend to be pretty long, both in the app and the web browser
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I get paid on the seventh of the month, but the deel advance and the hability to access early payment during the week allow me to be better organized when handling my start of the month payments, like rent.

i am a contractor locate in Canada, my employer sent me my pay check via deel, its very convenient with deel card i can use my balance without transferring it to CAD

Before Deel, getting paid by clients in different countries meant slow, expensive international wire transfers, dealing with terrible bank exchange rates, and worrying about whether the money would even show up on time. Deel completely fixes this by offering reliable, on-time payments in my preferred currency, with lots of fast withdrawal options (like Wise or crypto), simplifying my cross-border finances immediately.

Before using Deel, handling different currencies, tax regulations, and labor laws for international staff was time consuming and prone to errors. With Deel, everything is centralized payroll, time tracking, and attendance are all in one system, ensuring accuracy and compliance in every country.
