What do you like best about the product?
What I appreciate most about Deel is its reliability, even though my working hours are short. Deel has never let me down. Currently, I am facing a period of low work volume, and my budget for expenses is tight. In these situations, the Deel advance feature is always there to support me. I can access it whenever and wherever I need, which truly makes it a lifesaver.
What do you dislike about the product?
Overall, everything is good with the app. However, to be honest, it doesn't feel as smooth as Wise or PayPal. Sometimes, the loading time when switching between apps is a bit slow. Still, overall, it's a great experience!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Deel has been a real problem solver for me, especially recently as I've faced some challenges with my budget. The Deel advance feature is always available to support me whenever I need help managing my finances.

I appreciate Deel because it reliably allows me to receive payments from my employer on time, accompanied by a detailed invoice. I find the banking options particularly beneficial as they offer me the flexibility to choose from different methods tailored to my preferences. I value the ease with which Deel can be set up, as it was super easy for me, ensuring a hassle-free experience. My satisfaction with Deel is so high that I would confidently recommend it to a friend or colleague with a perfect score of 10.

I find the finance section of Deel too complicated. There are too many options, and it's not very clear. I believe breaking down its components could make it more user-friendly and easier to navigate.

I use Deel to receive payments on time with detailed invoices and multiple banking options, allowing me to choose my preferred method easily.

It was not intuitive that Deel itself holds your money, unlike other payroll platforms that merely process it. There should be clear communication during onboarding to inform users that their wages remain with Deel instead of being directly transferred to their bank account, as initially expected.

I have some concerns with Deel. Firstly, there are certain words on the platform that could have a better translation, especially in the general navigation. This creates some confusion and requires improvement in terms of linguistic accuracy. Additionally, the waiting time to receive the money in my account seems to be longer than expected, which can be frustrating when I need the money urgently.

Deel Makes Payments Effortless for Companies and Employees
What do you like best about the product?
I think Deel makes it easier for companies and employees. It was tough to receive money before Deel, and I think they have a great product in hand, which makes employees and companies' lives easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don’t have any specific in mind but when I left my previous company I had some issues to log in and deep made me do a hand letter to be able to access my account and transfer my money, this took more than 3 days because of the entire process and I was very nervous about that. Bad process in this particular case.

It is very user friendly and the money comes when it is supposed from bi-monthly pay days for my part-time job.

I sometimes can’t find what I’m looking for right away and have to click every category to find what I need.
