Amazing experience
What do you like best about the product?
I like it because the pay is real-time with lower transaction fees.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't see any downside yet. It works well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I think they should have a higher dollar conversion rate and way lesser transaction fee, if it's not too mich to ask.
Great features and tools for businesses
What do you like best about the product?
There are a lot of tools and features that are available i.e. The Deel HR, Payroll, Team management, Compliance & Documentation, and adding people. It is a really amazing tool to use for startups/businesses in order to organize the HR and Payroll process.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any dislike for Deel. Just as feedback; I was wondering if there could be a feature where I can customize the Compliance & Documentations part, which would be a value-adding to users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Yes, it is really helpful for my business. I can easily utilize and onboard the Candidates, and all the data will be secured and easy to access. The fundamental benefit I think is Adding people on contract for my business
Great Compensation Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Assemble took the time to fully understand our company, industry, roles and what we needed as far as benchmarking goes. Zach was a pleasure to work with, he walked us through the process with ease and helped our organization put compensation structure in place which had not been done in the past.
What do you dislike about the product?
Due to the nichness of our industry we had to come up with a lot of the benchmarks for the roles, this made it tough at times and would have been nice if they had access to more benchmarking information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Assemble helped us ensure our employees were being paid at fair market value and gave us data to make adjustments were needed, develop a compensation strategy and philosophy and make data backed decisions with all compensation requests.
Smooth and quick onboarding process
What do you like best about the product?
We were able to onboard our employee with Deel in under two weeks. Alysha T was awesome to work with! I like the detail included in the platform as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
When I made revision requests for the EA, I didn't get to see final EA before it went to the employee. A revision was missed, so we had to amend EA.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allowing us to hire an employee in a country we do not hav a business entity in.
Overall, great experience with Deel and their team.
What do you like best about the product?
Love the customer support and account management team. They are knowledge and fast to respond. They are super helpful in getting our team what we need.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside to Deel is the fee structuring that happens. The cost of Deel is in line with other EORs, but they structure certain payments different than I have seen in the past.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Deel is out EOR for our international employees. From payroll to compliance they help us maintain our international employees and contractors.

What do you like best about the product?
Always available when I need them. Experts in the countries in which we have employees. Anytime I reach out to Luke Bethel he responds rapidly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing at this time. I am always helped promptly when needed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Whenever I have an inquiry about one of our employees of record I am promtly assisted. They always provide detailed information.
People Operation Director
What do you like best about the product?
It is a user-friendly platform, the help desk staff are very knowledgeable, and our Customer Success Manager is fantastic, always there to help us.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the amount of deposit they ask is too much.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have employees in Europe and we do not have legal entities in Europe . Deel is representing our company and we are managing our EOR employees in Europe.
Best choice
What do you like best about the product?
we pay less compared to other competitors. The customer support is (since this year) fast and good. Differenz features eg. hardware rental are useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Deel has to be notified 30 days before a contract is ended. That does not work very well in fast-paced startups as decisions are made with less time in advance.

Best product for building a fair and equitable compensation program!
What do you like best about the product?
Assemble’s user-friendly interface is well-designed and highly user-friendly, making it really easy to navigate and use. One of the standout feature of this product is the expert knowledge the team provides. The team is consistently offering valuable compensation insights and perspectives to our program. They have really helped our cross-department collaboration, ensuring everyone is on the same page when it comes to compensation decisions. It has been an absolute pleasure working with the Assemble team.
What do you dislike about the product?
We understand that as a newer tool, there is some room for improvement in terms of customization and reporting features which may not currently meet our expectations. But with time and continuous product iteration, I believe these features will be further developed! In addition, a better integration with our existing tech stack, as it would alleviate the manual efforts required at the end of each compensation cycle.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Assemble is our main source of truth for compensation, this has enable seamless collaboration our recruiting, finance, people, and leadership teams. Also, as a company, we strongly prioritize being fair, equitable, and data-driven with our compensation program. Assemble has been instrumental with helping us incorporate these values to our philosphy/program.

Their permanent support of my business. People in Deel really take care of my business.

Open a new tab when I click on every Contract.... hehe

The platform helps me with liability and contractor payments in a very efficient way.
