Not that I can think of. The team has been supportive. Even the CEO directly messages you.

Deel offers a good product
What do you like best about the product?
Deel's pricing is very transparent and easy to understand. Additionally, the company has a tech focus, making the platform easy to use and navigate compared to other companies on the market.
What do you dislike about the product?
Deel seems like a smaller company, which can have its benefits, but I've noticed a lack of back-end customer support. Also, Deel doesn't have a customer service line. You must message customer service or schedule a call, which can delay communication/assistance.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Deel provided a solution to compliantly paying our employee that lives in Puerto Rico as a full-time employee instead of a contractor. Our employee is thrilled that their taxes will be correctly deducted moving forward.

What do you like best about the product?
Super easy to use and pay contractors across the world.
Also love how it handles contracts so I don't need to worry about that. Easy for everyone.

What do you like best about the product?
Deel was able to get me set up in South America in a matter of days. They are responsive and make the entire process easy to navigate.

So far, nothing. Everything has gone well.

They are allowing me to hire in South America even though we are not set up to conduct business there.

What do you like best about the product?
Communication was excellent and on point. Short response time and an easy platform to work with.

It would be nice to have the possibility to save contracts in draft before submitting them.

Deel is helping us to payroll or hire people in countries where we don't have a physical presence yet.

What do you like best about the product?
- Make every payroll process simple & clear for us, even when we have employees in different countries & timezones.
- I received support in a very short period of time from Deel Team regarding payroll questions, payroll law for different countries, and other topics.

What do you dislike about the product?
- The only thing that took some time to figure out was to set my account as Org Admin. The reason behind this request is because we wanted to change our payment method.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dealing with the payroll process and hiring our employees located on other territories were we do not have operations. Also they are advising us on how to recruit on other countries.
Great platform for us to scale globally
What do you like best about the product?
Deel performs a great service helping us to scale our business. The technology platform has solid UX and is an excellent experience for both us as Deel customers and the employees we want to hire. We contracted with Deel last year, and because it worked so well, we're now a return customer.
What do you dislike about the product?
N/A - working with Deel is a smooth process, from the sales cycles, through the onboarding of new employees, to ongoing monthly payments for the employees they hire/manage on our behalf.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Working with Dell means that the entire global employee market is open to us. We are able to work with the best qualified individuals, regardless of where they live on the planet.
Best tool to manage payrol overseas
What do you like best about the product?
I like how it's simple to create contracts and add new members while the hiring process. It manages everything that is essential for overseas teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
To have more withdrawal options for members. Deel missing integration with Wave apps for accounting that we're using.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps to add contracts easily and onboard people to payroll in minutes.
Platform is Good for International Employees
What do you like best about the product?
The platform is good for international employees. They handle the legal compliance behind hiring internationally and terminating employees internationally.
What do you dislike about the product?
The technical support could be a lot better. Had to do a goose chase to get some sort of response from them in regards to an integration. Spoke to two agents and they kept deferring me to the other platform they're integrated with. Was super frustrating
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm not sure if they're looking into the issue that I have with them. They do help by making hiring internationally easier. Integrations aren't the greatest. I think that's something they can work on.
Easily implemented product with incredible support
What do you like best about the product?
I was not the initial person that set up Assemble, but coming into my company and getting started and understanding the platform took little time. The customer success team was incredible in getting me up to speed and alerting me of the other ways our team can use the platform.
Assemble is very straightforward to use when creating beautiful offer letters, looking up compensation data for current employees, and updating our comp bands. The team is also constantly updating the platform and really listening to customer feedback.
Although our company is not quite there yet with pay transparency, having Assemble house our data will definitely be setting us up for success when we do get there!

I'm excited for more of the customization pieces, but really nothing to dislike!

Having a go-to spot for our recruiting team to see the bands and create offer letters as well as a quick and easy place for our people team to collect and gather data.
