Seamless process for onboarding
What do you like best about the product?
It was easy for me to setup an employee in Deel. I was looking for a quick solution for a specific country that the new employee was based on. I was impressed with how quickly my questions were answered by the Deel team.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't used the utility in great depth to make that comment yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I needed to quickly onboard an employee in Canada, a country that we do not have a legal entity in.
Full-service organisation with a quick response rate.
What do you like best about the product?
Quick responses from our account manager.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes more communication around the legalities of particular regions would be beneficial when signing up a new employee.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Deel ensures that we are able to hire without concern of breaching local legalities and assists in an easier payroll system for contractors.
Great for remote hiring
What do you like best about the product?
Deel is super easy to onboard both company users and hires, walks you thourgh all the different aspects of hiring everywhere in the world and makes it transparent and easy to deal with those costs and fees
What do you dislike about the product?
UX crashes a lot, when signing on the experience is not the best and reporting could use a revamp as it does not have the necessary detailed information for financial users
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are a 100% remote company and are not incorporated in the majority of countries where we hire people, Deel makes it easy for you to hire everywhere in the world with multiple hiring options and methodologies
Simplicity & Designed So Well!
What do you like best about the product?
I love how everything is laid out so easy to understand from a client stand point. It is also is so easy for the employees and service providers to navigate as well. This platform is designed so well and the support is AWESOME!!!!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it is difficult to navigate how things work in another country that we are not familiar with. But this is where it is helpful that Deel's support comes in to play. I also wish that I could click on links such as agreements, and scopes of work and the document pops open. Instead I have to download everything and delete from my computer after I review what I need too.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is really helpful that everything is all in one place. It also cuts down on us having to research what we need to have or do to accommodate those who are in other countries than us. It is also so nice to know that legally there should be no concerns for risks. I love that we can use payroll and their agreements in one place. It is so easy I can create a new contract within 2 minutes! It's incredibly efficient.

What do you dislike about the product?
I think for every time Alice send email for onboarding need to much clear to new employees out of 110 60 have same questions even with video
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Some of employees at India are not happy about exchange rates are to low. The process for termination it's kind of long and not that clear

Our case should have been straightforward, but still had quite a few glitches:
1. we were given the wrond MSA to sign and review twice (!), which means we incurred unnecessay legal costs.
2. We were given inaccurate details about cross-border payments which means we will incur high transfer costs for duration of contract.
3. Putting ina bonus structure for employee was very complex and delayed us almost a week, though I assumed this would be completely straightforward.

Powerful Foundational Tool!
What do you like best about the product?
As a startup, we were looking for a tool that would help us be data-driven as well as responsible in how we approach compensation and build our comp philosophy. Assemble checked all the boxes for us! Assemble allowed us to customize our career ladders and levels and visualize the compensation journey for our executive team at the individual employee and department level. Bringing compensation to life in this way has been a game changer in our comp cycles. The support we received from the Assemble team to build and iterate was exceptional.
What do you dislike about the product?
As the product matures, I'm looking forward to being able to further customize access and views for those who require access to Assemble in our organization. The Assemble team has added us to their slack channel on product development, and we're excited to be part of that journey with them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a startup, it was important to us to be data-driven, market-driven, equitable, and responsible in how we manage our compensation process. Assemble allows us to bring each of these components to life in an easy-to-navigate interface that clearly shows individual compensation journeys. It also allows us to define and refine our compensation philosophy. Assemble has become the central source of truth for our Finance, People, and Executive teams.
An absolute lifesaver!!
What do you like best about the product?
We were in a pinch and needed a tool and team that could support our lean people team in building equitable compensation bands and a more repeatable approach to paying for fair across our teams. We knew from the start the Assemble team had out back and delivered when it came to helping us reach our end-of-year goals.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some limitations to customization within the portal. Still, the team has been extremely open to feedback and is already launching a new UI that will help us engage better with our employees.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were building out company-wide pay bands and easier access to equity information for our talent team.
The best tool to manage your contractors paychecks
What do you like best about the product?
Auto withdrawals, a detailed invoice dashboard, and the ability to manage all your contracts from a simple tab make it very easy to use. Being a first-time contractor, I had no idea how to handle my payments and contracts, but Deel has made it very easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I cannot think of any cons as of now. However, if they could offer free early withdrawals for payments to be made in the next two days, it would benefit many people. Currently, their early withdrawal charges seem a bit steep to me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I was worried about how I would get my payments as I am based in India, and my employer is in the United States. However, Deel has made it very easy to get payments from the US to India. I do not have to worry about conversion charged or waiting for the payments to be deposited before getting the money in my bank. I just did a one time auto withdrawal setup and that was it.

What do you like best about the product?
Super helpful for our contractor's and employees' compliance. It is a very easy-to-use platform with a great variety of compliance and automation to help us grow as a business while staying compliant.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be good to see more expertise on the contractor side. We shall look for more support on the contractor's legal side.
