Everything is available on the same platform.
It's easy to onboard people anywhere. You can access all the information you need with just a few clicks.

Not easy to find information about the local laws for the country where you hire.
It isn't easy to have a gross/net calculation for the employees you hire, it would be great if we could have access to a simulation tool for that.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We only have a payroll in Belgium and since we wer eplanning on hiring peoiple abroad we decided to go through a partner for that.
Deel was the partner we chose for that. So we can now hire people in other countries without opening a payroll there.

What do you like best about the product?
Deel has been a fantastic partner to work with. In addition to their intuitive platform, their communication is clear and timely. Everyone we have met has been friendly and efficient. We could not be more happy to have their support as we branch into new global markets.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, I have not found one thing that has been displeasing about Deel. They are everything we could ask in a global employer of record partner. Keep up the great work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are working on branching out to new global markets quickly and easily. We found Deel to be a supportive partner that helps us learn new markets. This gives us a foot forward as we make a name for ourselves outside the US.
The part of your People tech stack you actually want to keep
What do you like best about the product?
It's a platform that works as advertised, and the support and service to help reach that point - from onboarding to integration and beyond - is absolutely top-notch. It takes real customer commitment to deliver in practice on the promise of marketing materials, and that's generally what we've seen from Assemble.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's another part of your People tech stack to work through. In time, it will hopefully become even more seamlessly integrated with other players on either side - HRIS, data systems - to make the work less manual. But, for now, the commitment on the Assemble team to helping us through the manual pieces in an efficient / effective fashion takes this pain point - which is true for almost every system - and makes it much less painful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Giving us visibility into pay equity and helping us to plan and execute on our compensation strategy, including creating better visibility for hiring managers and employees.

What do you like best about the product?
Getting paid through deel for international employees is a upside to stay upbeat with the compensation plan and easy to use dashboard

Login UI when you use via mobile browser app

What do you like best about the product?
No doubt: its speed in processing payments.

Nothing in particular (so far). I don't use all the features provided but the system works great for what I need.

My company outsourced the accounting sector to Deel and in no time I receive my salary every month.
Deel is a great payroll software to get paid
What do you like best about the product?
Deel allows you just to log on, submit your worksheet and get paid. It also assists with contract preparation and signing. Compared to their competitors, it is user-friendly and an excellent way to interact with a client and their contractors.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing at the moment to dislike about Deel. Deel is the real deal! No other solution is required. Deel is just awesome software to get paid, and I enjoy using it. Thank you, Deel!

It is very simple interface, very easy to understand and very easy to navigate

I felt that deel must make 2 Factor authentication mandatory for Security reasons.
