Excellent insights, easy to use platform, professional team
What do you like best about the product?
Very good team with clear and helpful insights. The platform provides the leverage needed to make good business decisions and allows us to make strategic moves based off of fact. Safes me time while improving outcomes. Love Assemble as a platform and a team!

I think there is an opportunity to continue strengthening the data inputs to the system and ensure the external comparisons are apples to apples.

Assemble is helping us get a better understanding of fair and equitable pay across roles in the organization, providing data to relevel our talent, and insights to make good decisions for compensation increases and bonus payments.
Great platform for legal remote workers worldwide
What do you like best about the product?
The platform is very straightforward, easy to use, and navigate! I like 24/7 customer support chat and they try to address all questions as soon as possible. I love they try to build a community of employees in different cities and that there is an opportunity to go to offline events they have.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes support isn't helpful as their replies are very generic or wegue.

Hiring people worldwide in places with no official presence, easy to pay, place core documents

It's great for receiving payments, offers many withdrawal options, and is user-friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
The fees for withdrawing money via Swift have gone up recently.

It's helping me get paid because my country lacks access to various payment options.
Simplified contract management
What do you like best about the product?
Most of what I need is already in Deel. It's great they have payment tracking, copy of contracts, and even time off management.
What do you dislike about the product?
The company sometimes changes things without telling customers, like starting to use Pro Forma invoices. Customers were suddenly told to use these invoices without warning. One thing that bothers me is how they make money from Early Withdrawal fees. When employers pay Deel to pay their employees or contractors, Deel should quickly give the money to the recipients because they are just holding the employer's funds. Deel charges up to $15 for withdrawals before the invoice's due date, even if the client has already paid. They say the contract sets a payment due date that they are just following, but having the Early Withdrawal feature means they are willing not to follow the payment due date in the contracts as long as users pay $15.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Deel facilitates the payment for my client so I don't have to ask proofs of payment from the client. At the same time, Deel provides other services like Deel Advance.

Deel advance fees, I think fees can be lower

It's my first time using a platform like this. The most import thing that is always looking for new way to withdraw your money.

The last providers, add new fee to bank transfers and increase de fee to another platform like Payoneer, and before were free. But works perfect.

The most important is easier to use and we could ask for a debit card.

Deel Inc. is an excellent option for remote. And this is why. All is easy, quick and transparent. There is no need to say about perks and benefits. It is all about business and other stuff that goes along with earning money. Deel makes it so easy and handy that you don't want anything else. Just log in, sign the contract quickly, and add required docs easily with a few clicks, and that is it. You are ready to start getting the payment and auto-generated invoices and withdraw the funds in a few clicks. Excellent and fast customer support. The thing that is great that it has the features that are really needed, there is nothing redundant. And you use it only when required without wasting time on senseless activities.
