What do you like best about the product?
I like Deel so much because it allows me to see my contract, to take money in advance for my incoming wages and more.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the tariff may be high when transferring money to another country.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It connected me and the company I worked for. So I could get my contract and wages through the Deel platform.

I find Deel incredibly efficient for getting paid. The platform's payment process is notably fast, which is essential for ensuring I receive my funds without unnecessary delay. I also value the sufficiency of the services it provides, covering all my essential needs without any hassle. Deel's contract management and payment automation features stand out, providing streamlined services that make handling contracts and automating payments straightforward and efficient. Moreover, setting up Deel was a very easy process for me, which speaks to the platform’s user-friendliness and accessibility.

I dislike the exchange rates offered by Deel, as they sometimes feel quite high compared to market rates, affecting the final payout.

I find Deel facilitates fast payments and values contract management and payment automation, which is sufficient for my needs.

Poor work of sign-in and sign-up forms
To obtain help at sign-up from 2 of 3 options didn't work
I could not obtain customer support through email, since the last step didn't accept my form
I could not obtain help through whatsapp since it required me to login (to solve my sign-up issue)
Later I found that I can sing-in through gmail, which helped me much more that the customer support that cannot be reached by any way

I find Deel simplifies payroll management with an easy and smooth document submission process, enabling quick salary receipt and clear instructions requiring just one-time submission.

Deel is quite straightforward to use. The onboarding process was seamless, making it easy to get started. In addition, customer support responded quickly and was very helpful throughout my experience.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like how quick and easy it is to use the Deel platform. The speed of payment is especially noteworthy, even over a weekend, which demonstrates its efficiency. Additionally, I value the truthfulness and accuracy of my data in the system, which gives me a lot of peace of mind. The ability to receive payments in my country and in foreign currency is also a great benefit, facilitating the management of distance in remote work. The initial setup of Deel was very easy, which is a great advantage as I had no complications. I am happy with the overall performance of Deel, so much so that I would definitely recommend the platform to friends and colleagues, which I reflect by giving it a rating of 10 on the recommendation scale.

What do you like best about the product?
I have previously used other payment platforms, such as Thera, but I am genuinely impressed by how simple it is to manage everything on the Deel platform. My contractor paid me very quickly—within just a few minutes, the money was deposited directly into my Brazilian bank account. With that in mind, congratulations to the team.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the timesheets was more intuitive to use, something like an excel spreadsheet, the way it is now, is terrible.
