Deel has make remote work easier
What do you like best about the product?
That I can get paid easily from employer in another country and have the paystubs in one place. And the support is always helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
That I have to paid extra to have guidance about taxes in my country. I know that they can't be totally free but maybe one free accounting advice per month would be nice
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I got hired from an overseas company and since payment was in dollars Deel makes it easier to get my payment in local currency

Easy to use, intuitive. Fast, reliable and very quick with technical support

What do you like best about the product?
I love that it is possible for me to receive my monthly payments without paying any comissions to withdraw my money. All the local banks in my country charge a fee to receive funds from platforms like paypal, so before deel I always had to pay for really big comissions.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't used deel for that long, but I haven't disliked anything so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping receive my payments automaically which saves me so much time and helps me have my money available faster, and it's also helping me save money because I can withdraw my money to my bank account directly so I don't have to pay extra fees or charges to my local bank.

Physical card, perks and advance payments are really great opportunities for a Deel user.

Sometimes there are issues with customer service, but they resolve them quite fast

What do you like best about the product?
What I love about Deel is that I can get a receipt for every payment made to me. The receipt includes very detailed information which helps me a lot for when I'm required to send proof of payments to my bank.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike about Deel is the high amount charged for withdrawing money to my local bank account. I've been charged less when withdrawing money to my local bank account with other platforms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I recently requested help to add my Dolarapp account to withdraw money. The assistance I received was great and there are no problems currently.

What do you like best about the product?
One of my favorite things about Deel is the variety of Withdrawal methods available.
Customer support has also been very friendly and helpful when I was faced with issues.

I haven't come across any disadvantages of using Deel. Only request I had was a mobile app and a new one has been released and it has all the features you would expect it to have!

Deel helps with simplfying payments across multiple countries.

Deel is NOT available in Venezuela (I'm venezuelan living in Argentina).
But Ontop is available instead.

I work from Argentina in a company in Chile.
Deel is very useful in this case to get my paycheck in USD instead of chilean or argentinian pesos.

What do you like best about the product?
Deel removes all the bureocracy when you need to receive payments from companies abroad. Their experience and customer support are pretty great and they can pay you in different currencies or even crypto. I highly recommend your company to use Deel to run the payroll of international contractors.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only problem that I had, was when a company tried to pay me, but they didn't proceed with the payment and I've already withdrawn the money, so then my account balance was negative.

Being more up to speed on the tax benefit forms to be used would be helpful. But after alinging with CS it was solved, not a big issue
