Great platform
What do you like best about the product?
Easy withdrawals and a wide variety of withdrawal options.
What do you dislike about the product?
Slow SWIFT withdrawals, but it's not really such a big deal since it's out of Deel's control.

What do you dislike about the product?
The commission per transaction is a bit high (around thirty dollars in my case), and the transaction is not instant; it takes a few days to process.

automating contractors' payments and management, especially international ones, and managing contracts and updating them, making the taxation process/calculations easier
Deel - Pay salary anywhere in a minutes.
What do you like best about the product?
The platform is very user-friendly. It's very simplified. I can see all my invoices, upcoming payments, contract, etc., in a go. Also, Deel advance is a fantastic feature to use in an emergency. On top of it, I get funds transferred into my bank account in a couple of days, and the charges are nominal.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found any drawback yet from the receiver's point of view. I get all my payments on time and there is no hassle in transferring those funds to my bank account.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Working from a different location and getting paid in a foreign country. All this is happening without spending a lot of commission.

I can transfer money to any account around the world. The options for transfers by deel are unique. Deel also helps me to keep money in their account for 30 days, which allows me to transfer all my payments at once

Deel should also have an app. Only website in the mobile world is not that good

Payroll operation and compliance in foreign country is a complex process for HR teams that Deel solves like a breeze.

What do you like best about the product?
It's simple, and the UI is fantastic; it simplifies how to bill. However, the assistant was intimidated and responded correctly to my questions. I'll recommend it to all my colleague who works for foreign companies and also to the last company that I worked for!

For the moment, I'm not dislike anything at all! On the contrary, it'll be a pleasant surprise knowing a platform like this exists.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The way how can justified my payroll cycle. I need to write the number of days, deliver my bill to the company, and that's it; the payment is programmed and delivered on time. The configuration of my bank account was easy and secure to do it. I now can forget to deal with different persons to justify and track the wired transactions; with a click, I can know if the payment is on the way!

What do you like best about the product?
Deel has proven to be a safe and reliable platform that offers multiple ways to use your cash, keeps track of company contracts and PTO, and provides valuable discounts to all remote workers in their network.
What do you dislike about the product?
For safety reasons, Deel always requests a verification code whenever you log in with a personal email. This is not bad since it's for security purposes, but it can become tedious.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Deel offers expedite resolution to technical issues and creates multiple simple and fast ways to withdraw cash from the account or use it online with the Deel card.
Deel is so far a good solution if you’re hired by an international company.

The clear interface and the simplicity in getting those information that are reperible in it.
What do you dislike about the product?
The lack of clarity in receiving some replies (i submitted a request to receive an avarage about my net salary, they seemed to not willing to provide the answer, in the end i had to demand to talk to the italian payroll team and the same team reached me out after 3 days. This is a bit concerning if a person needs to decide wether to remain with this company or not, like i was in the days.).

I can work for an international team with a regular local contract. It helps with taxes and other legal & burocratic stuff.
