Deel makes working with international contractors and employees easy
What do you like best about the product?
Deel's global hiring guide has detailed information about country-specific requirements and standards. Onboarding contractors and EOR employees is straightforward and takes very little time. Additionally, I appreciate the customer service response time, quality of assistance, and follow up.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that Deel had a US platform built out, but it sounds like that's being worked on. Hopefully it will include a carrier-agnostic platform for benefits enrollment and administration that can be accessed by our broker.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Deel helps us make sure that we are in compliance when working with contractors and employees internationally. Without Deel, we would be looking for this information on our own. Every part of the process would be more challenging, and it's likely that we would miss something. Instead, I can focus on the other parts of my role without worrying about our international contributors.

It is very convenient to have contact persons who can help you with any question. The website is also very clear and user-friendly.

So far I can't complain about nothing! :)

You can see all on Deel (benefits, payrolls, expenses) and you will get help within max. 1-2 business days if not right away.

Easy to Use and Comprehensive Platform for EOR
What do you like best about the product?
Deel's user interface is easy to use for both employees and administrators. The platform walks employees through the onboarding process. It's not difficult to make changes to contract details, invoicing is straightforward, and I like the integrations available with our HRIS system.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice to be able to route approvals to managers without having to create a separate team. Approval workflows and access provisions could use some improvements.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Deel solves our Employer of Record problem. We had many issues with our previous EOR and their technology was nowhere near where Deel is. Deel makes it easy to hire employees where we don't have a legal presence without the outrageous fees to do so. Deel has provided us with a comprehensive platform, consolidated billing, and less overhead costs.
Easy-to-use platform with virtual and physical card for USD transactions worldwide
What do you like best about the product?
The mixture of virtual and physical card for all kind of purchases and the fact that I don't have to write or edit any invoice monthly, as a contractor.
What do you dislike about the product?
You can't have your money all the time you want and they force the transfer if you let it more than 30 days, using the last transfer method.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The need of a virtual and physical card for payments in US dollars. The need of rewriting or creating a new invoice each month as a contractor. The need for a payroll and money transfer platform that charges a fixed and small amount.
It's simpler to use and to organize your payments and, also, it's faster.
What do you like best about the product?
The platform is friendly to navigate, and to understand what you can do with it.

The old method's change wasn't as smooth as I thought since adding the bank details took time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The security and the method to avoid problems when the payment into my local bank is made, avoiding friction between my company and my bank.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use interface and covers all of the countries where we are hiring. We like that the benefits are customizable, depending on what we want to offer. It is easy to get an overview of the cost of hiring, etc. Our customer success team has been great.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can take a while to get answers to questions that are sent to the customer service team. Some termination processes were particularly bumpy where they took a longer time than anticipated to process and one employee did not get the correct severance paid out to her. That took some time to resolve.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Deel really helps us to onboard employees in other countries and make sure that we are compliant with the laws in each one. They also make it easy to keep track of employee vacation requests, expenses, etc.
Great Platform
What do you like best about the product?
The online platform. I like the user experience, is very easy to navigate and the information is available all the time.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think it can be improved part of the invoices. It can be filtered by the service/item paid, instead of opening PDFs to check when x thing was paid.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hiring in countries where we don't have entities or we can't open a local payroll. We can keep our team members when they need to relocate.
