It is have been a very user friendly and has quite a number of integrations into local banks

The dashboard is simplified and intuitive. Easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Whenever you add a withdrawal method in the event there is a problem with the third party who brokers the transaction it affects delivery.

Ability to get paid by employers and ease of adding withdrawal methods. very fast.

When there is a problem regarding my salary they are very responsive.
What do you dislike about the product?
For using it for almost 2 years. I don't have any problem while using the deel.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One time my salary is delay. And then I tried to talked to the support and then they help me to tracked my salary. And i'm so very thankful for that because they are so responsive.
It's simple, automatic and effective.
What do you like best about the product?
I like that the payments never fail, are always settled on time and correctly, and the Deel HR add-ons. Also the customer support is very good. Its easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to be able to generate reports easily and it is not so intuitive today.

Deel allows us to hire contractors from all over the world and integrate all their payments on the same platform, allowing us to continue our global contracting culture.

- I haven't found a way to deposit money to the Deel card if it's not directly from the balance.

I can receive payments from companies all over the world in an easy way. The payments arrive always on time. After some time with them, they offer you salary advances which are really helpful.

All the expenses approvals and daily operations, document management in the account are very good!

There were situations where I had to apend weeks on the email with Deel to make them actually confirm to the bank that I am hired with them. That's a disaster. And also when I changed my bank account, they kept trying to send money to thw old one, delayed my salary, didn't change the details after I told them and kept doing it. So important things were handled poorly

I'm an employee, not an hr. I'm hired remotely theough your company bcuz my company doesn't have a legal entity in this country.

Easy to work with, simple and basic platform. Introduces tools and facilities to user.

Nothing. I liked everything on the site.

Workind in Brazil and receving in US Dollars the systems gives me a better way to control my balance.

What do you like best about the product?
The hardest part about using Deel is signing up and verification — everything else like updating your contract to receiving funds to your bank account is hassle-free. I only use the bare minimum of Deel's features though, bare that in mind.
Their customer support is responsive and helpful too. I once had an issue with my name when I first got my Deel Card, and it was swiftly resolved a few days.

I wish they would be more transparent in their communication of Deel card support in various countries.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Deel solves international payments to foreign contractors. Not once has my payments been delayed, and even the bank transfers takes less than a day for me unlike what's normally advertised.

I love how self explanatory and simple to use the website is, the withdrawal process is very transparent and the charges are shown before withdrawing the amount.
What do you dislike about the product?
Takes a bit of time to receive the amount - sometimes almost 10 days which has been a hassle and it doesnt sometimes i dont get this warning so it can be problematic

Helps receive money in any currency and withdraw / transfer the amount in the currency of my choosing
