The entire experience with Deel is extremely satisfying because the enviroment is facilitating.
What do you like best about the product?
Deel can handle the payment for employees all over the world, and they will all get their wages on time and to the bank of their choice, which is very convenient.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. Everything, from the website's layout to how you submit your work, works very smoothly. The delivery times are pretty fast too, and always direct deposit.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Deel is facilitating the process of having a worldwide workforce. Solving the issues with payroll, contracts and work reviews. As well as helping with onboarding.

Most $$$ transfers arrived the same day!

No more Deel Cards in Latin America, what a pitty!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Remote work in Latin America faces two main challenges: Taxes & contracts' legal compliance. Not many have discovered that Deel is available here too!

Not much I can think of. Maybe the user interface can be improved.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the payment options, the fast and friendly customer service, and how easy it is to use the platform. It's straightforward to enroll a new team member and for them to set up their preferred payment methods.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I dislike is being unable to keep the funds in the account for longer than 1 month. Also, there should be an option to change the type of contract via an amendment versus canceling and creating a new one.

It's helping us pay our teams in Colombia and India with minimal effort. Our contractors like how fast they receive their payments and the option to get a debit card.

Probably, the conversion taxes can be a little bit cheaper.

Easy to receive and transfer money, many transfer options etc. Also, transfer to Wise is quick and without any fees

Sometimes I struggle to find the section I want (mark days off, equipment section etc.)

No idea, I use the app in a limited way, so I'm not sure what exactly is changing; I don't see anything major. My experience has been quite good from the start.

What do you like best about the product?
I am allergic to administrative work, invoices, billing, expense reporting. So much so that I've actually left money on the table with previous companies instead of going through their arcane and annoying processes, which made me a bit resentful.
Deel makes it all easy enough that I don't mind doing it. I appreciate that a lot.

What do you dislike about the product?
Haven't found anything to dislike. I can just get in, do what I need to do, and get out, so I haven't explored anything else, and don't plan to. For what I need, deel does the trick perfectly.

Deel was setup for my contracting relationship with a client. It generates invoices and collects pay, internationally, and allows me to report expenses super-easily.

I hate, hate, hate administrativia, invoicing, expense reporting, etc. It makes my skin crawl. Deel has managed to make it so easy that I no longer mind doing it... mostly because I don't have much left to do.
What do you dislike about the product?
Haven't run into any problems so far. Since it does most of what I need for me, I haven't had to explore it much, spend much time learning about it. I pop in, do my thing, and leave.

Deel was setup for my contractual relationship with a client. It creates my invoices, collects my fees, and I use it to report expenses, and get them promptly approved. I don't need it to do more, so I'm happy with it.
