Problems with Authentication
What do you like best about the product?
I like how fast and polite the attendants were, however I had issues with authenticating my personal account. It seems there was some issues with inputing my auth number (the one you receive online). However, after setting it up, everything went smoothly.
I was able to quickly annex my checkings account to the system, while the other companies would take a few days to do so.
I hope this is the start of a great partnership!

What do you dislike about the product?
The UI is not as intuitive as one might think, perhaps if the names shown in the sections had a little "explaining toolbox" of some sort, I'd find my way around easier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm able to receive my payments in a quick manner and in the end that's what it's all about.

Flexibility to withdraw money into multiple different targets like wise, revolut or to most of the bank accounts around the world and also early withdrawal and salary advances are nice

The fee to get the money out and transfer to India is a bit high

Its very easy to get the money out in whatever currency I want and whatever target I want

I love that it is easy to use, that I can get paid really fast. I also love that it integrates well with wise, because it doesnt charge me any comission. I feel like its a secure platform.

If a company wants to hire people not as a contrator, it is too expensive.

It is allowing a mexican startup to easily pay for my services from Chile.

Maybe the lack of a mobile app, although not extremely necessary could make things a bit easier.

The range of withdraw methods. I can withdraw to Wise, via ACH and others

Could be helpful if Deel have an Mobile App for the contractor, employee part to manage the wallet and the card.

the annoying issue of send and invoice every month and the doubt of don't know when im going to receive my money. now i can know perfectly when im going to have my payment and that helps me to organize me financially.

Easy to use and Salary is credited the same day. Also, their support is awesome!
