What do you like best about the product?
They always pay on time, and the payments are consistently accurate.
What do you dislike about the product?
They charge a service fee for transfers, but I believe that responsibility should fall on the employer rather than the employee.

Is taking more time to send the money than before and when tracking the withdrawal it gets to my bank before even updating the deel page

Is fast but expensive and never accepted my phone bill as prof of address and in my country the address is not in the bank statement
Simple and easy-to-use, but clunky
What do you like best about the product?
It's very simple & easy to use - everything you need is in your eyes and easy to find. It really simplifies the workflow of being a contractor.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI despite looking beautiful is really CLUNKY. By clunky I mean the loading times in both mobile app and pc version, it has this weird lag to it and it's definitely not my network & pc. As if the website was really poorly optimized.

Quick Access to Funds, But Transfers Could Be Improved
What do you like best about the product?
I like having different channels to withdraw my money, as well as the option to access my funds immediately thanks to the virtual card.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, the process is not so fast and I am forced to cancel the transfer to my account. Then, I have to do it again for a different amount so that the money reaches my other account.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Facilitate the payment of the projects I participate in during the process quite a bit.
Easy to Use with Customizable Features, But UI Can Be Sluggish
What do you like best about the product?
It's extremely easy to use, and I appreciate the customizable home page, which allows me to keep only the features I actually use. The email notifications are helpful, and transactions are processed very quickly. I've also been using the Deel card for international purchases.
What do you dislike about the product?
The user interface sometimes feels sluggish, and I noticed right away that it seems more like a web UI wrapped as an app. While it generally works and gets the job done most of the time—about eight out of ten times—I would really prefer if there were a native application instead.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It made bridging the gap of working for an international company much easier to understand and manage.
Great Options and Easy Withdrawals with Useful Rewards
What do you like best about the product?
The different options available. Withdrawals are easy, and at least in my account, there are various rewards that are useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the withdrawal fee is a bit high.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I get paid every 15 days, I'm notified in advance, and my withdrawal details are saved. I can save different accounts to choose which one I want to use for my withdrawal. It's just one click to withdraw my money, if I want.

What do you like best about the product?
I find Deel incredibly useful because it allows me to easily relocate my funds across all my accounts, solving the previous inconvenience of receiving money in one place and spending a lot of time transferring between banks. The automatic withdrawal feature is particularly beneficial, enabling me to specify the amount or percentages of funds I want to allocate to each account, and it manages this automatically when funds are received. Deel's interface must be user-friendly since setting it up was straightforward with clear instructions provided by my company. I really appreciate the 24-hour support and the convenience of having multiple functionalities concentrated within one platform, which ease job-related tasks and fund management. Deel being self-sufficient is a massive advantage as I haven’t needed any other tools or applications alongside it. The fact that Deel is available at no personal cost due to my company covering the expenses is another great benefit. Additionally, I'd rate Deel a solid 10, showing my strong recommendation for its services.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the fact that Deel provides two physical cards that draw from the same source of funds. Ideally, each card should have its own independent source of funds, allowing for separate management and allocation of money.

I find Deel simplifies fund relocation across multiple accounts, reducing time and hassle. It automates withdrawals based on specified percentages and provides 24-hour support. It centralizes various functions, making job-related information easily accessible.

When it works, it works well. And it works well more often than it doesn’t.

There is a significant lack of immediate support when an issue arises. I expect more from a company handling my pay.
