Extremely easy to receive money in LatAm
What do you like best about the product?
It is extremely easy to use and receive money in many countries. It also has great features.
What do you dislike about the product?
The fees, however, they are low and expected.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Deel is solving the problem of international employment, giving companies access to international talent. It is benefiting me because I can work from Colombia and legally get my salary.
Great experience for remote workers!

What do you like best about the product?
The most amazing part about Deel is that you can withdraw your payment smoothly in minutes to any of your desired platforms such as your local bank transfer and another good thing is that you can keep clean track of your future payments through invoices. You can easily download your invoices as well. The customer support was great as I had a positive interaction. Also, you can integrate it quickly with your business workflows. I use Deel frequently to keep my payment cycle smooth. You can easily implement all processes of yours in Deel.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing particularly. However sometimes you can face delay in withdrawal of amount even though your local bank you added had been verified before.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is making payment withdrawals and receiving them smoothly.

- This isn't really a downside, but I'd say the exchange rate is lower than what I see on Google.

It's a very easy and intuitive-to-use platform where you can define the method to take your money to wherever you want, with just a few clicks. And of course, check if the payment is already available, etc.

Great solution to receive payments from abroad
What do you like best about the product?
I use Deel to receive payments about once a month from abroad, and I don't face any trouble with the user experience. I asked for and received good support with setting up my entity details and withdrawal methods. The login process is straightforward with my email or the Google account integration. I sense a good level of security with the two-factor authentication. Regarding the features, I mostly use invoices (download), expenses (add), transactions (download), and withdrawal methods (add) without any hassles. The communication process is good, I receive emails as soon as some event occurs in my account. Lastly, I see good movements from Deel to create a community, either with the content creation or promoting events.

The verification required to access from the same device could be asked for more than 7 days in my trusted device.

I enjoy the simple and intuitive user face of Deel. I can find everything I search for easily and quickly, and the usage feels natural.

We don't use Deel that much since only two of our employees are living abroad. That's why there's nothing so far that I dislike about Deel.

Two of our employees are living in abroad in another country, Deel is helping us taking care of their payroll easily and safely month by month.

It's easy to use and doesn't have any "strings attached" as most of the other services around payments have.

Have not faced actual drawbacks. I mainly use money transfer which work quite fine.
