Deel provides multiple payment options, making it convenient for businesses to pay their international workforce in the most suitable and efficient way, including direct deposits, local bank transfers, and various popular payment platforms.

What do you dislike about the product?
I recently had a rather frustrating experience with Deel.com, primarily due to the frequent changes in the website's UI. It's become a bit of a challenge to navigate the platform smoothly, and after each update, finding new features isn't always straightforward. Additionally, I encountered issues with the gift and card systems they provide; unfortunately, these don't seem to work seamlessly in Turkey. It's been a bit of a hassle dealing with these changes and functionality issues. I hope they can stabilize their platform for a more user-friendly experience.

Deel.com does a commendable job in facilitating seamless payment processes. Their quick and reliable payment options make managing transactions a breeze. I'm quite pleased with the ease of handling payments through this platform.

Easy for both parties
What do you like best about the product?
Getting paid and paying via Deel is wonderful, easy and intuitive. You have all the documents you need, withdrawing money is extremely easy and managing your employees is also really easy. New features are constantly getting added and the features actually add value.
What do you dislike about the product?
I actually think there is nothing I precisely dislike. It would be nice to maybe get a little bit more clarity on the dangers of the contract that we have regarding migratory issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I want to get payed in USD with a legal and easy contract. Deel solves it easily. I still have to pay my social security in Colombia and that process I don't get help with, but the rest is really nice.

The platform is developed in a simple and easy way, making it easy to use and understand, it also provides security and through it you not only receive money, but you can take advantage of it, obtaining clear information on topics of interest and even helps you manage your expenses and money and provide support with professionals according to your needs

There is nothing in particular that I don't like about Deel, so far it seems like a very complete platform.

Through deel it is easy to pay employees who are not in the same country, opening borders and making outsourcing contracting easy.

What do you like best about the product?
You get informed in real time once your client has paid the invoice. There's an option to get advance payments as well which has been a big help to me and my colleagues.

The amount they charge per early withdrawal is not fixed but is dependent on the amount you're trying to withdraw.
