Itis slow with the payments to the workers. It is an expensive solution.

Marcel is helping us with the onboarding. He is extreeeeemely nice and helpful! Very resolutive and always happy to help and look for solutions.
Deel as a platform is very comfortable to use, it has many options for all the different needs. I would definitely recommend it.

It would be nice that it could work with more countries as Venezuela for example.

Deel has been the perfect platform to employ talent abroad
What do you like best about the product?
Deel handles all aspects of employing great talent that you would otherwise not have access to. They advise on local laws and regulations, have strong contracts to protect IP, and an easy onboarding flow for the new hire to offer a great employee experience. Once onboarded, the contracts, PTO ballance (per local laws), reimbursements/stipends and payments are easy to locate for HR, as well as for the employee. Their CS team is outstanding, always handling my request in a timely manner and I'm learning from them every interaction we have.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a way to add managers as admin's to only see certain team members. Right now you're either an employee through Deel, or an admin with full visability.
One other downside compared to managing your own payroll, is that there are hard cutoff dates for Deel's payroll, so adjustments need to be made in-time for Deel to process the change on their end, and for the change to be reflected on employees paystub.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Employing a talent pool we would otherwise not have access to, and offering them a great experience as we go. Deel's admin platform offers anything you need in an HRIS system.
Great company with great support teams
What do you like best about the product?
Rick, our sales rep, and Laura, our onboarding manager, have been fantastic throughout our onboarding. They have been prompt to answer any questions we've had, and the process has moved smoothly. The system is straightforward to use and intuitive for admin and employees. Creating contracts is simple and having built-in compliance guiding you through the agreement is a huge help.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not have any complaints about the product at this time; we have been pleased with everything so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We operate in numerous countries. Due to recent legislation changes in certain countries, we can no longer process payroll under our existing entities. Deel has been an affordable and easy-to-use option for us to move these employees to EOR under Deel.
International Resourcing Solution
What do you like best about the product?
Deel takes all the work out of employing people overseas, or relocating existing team members who wish to move abroad.
What do you dislike about the product?
The structure around the integrations is quite rigid, some fields could be more customisable (Accounting platform integrations and custom tracking fields)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Deel allows us to not worry about employement law in foreign jurisdictions which frees up our time to do actual work
Professional staff and easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
That Deel provided us with a contributor who helped us go through the process. It was very helpful and made the whole process way more accessible. What I liked the most was that it saved us a lot of time.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't know how, but if it would be possible to make the process even smoother and faster would be awesome. Because in the beginning, it felt a little bit overwhelming, and it was hard to comprehend everything.

Payrolls for our team and efficient onboarding with personalized contrast. These are the main things that Deel is helping us to solve fast and efficiently. Also, they have some perks that our contractors will benefit from the most.
Easy and Usable Experience with Deel
What do you like best about the product?
Deel made getting hired and set up super easy. It's well-designed and makes things feel simple and straightforward. It made it very easy to be hired remotely and deal with all of the compliance requirements.
What do you dislike about the product?
No downsides; Deel was great and made it easy to get hired and onboarded remotely. It seems like a very efficient platform to incorporate hires from around the world.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping me to manage my employment deals swiftly and efficiently. It's super easy to submit expenses and view payslips. It helped me to quickly get onboarded to my new organization.
