Great support from Deel's team
What do you like best about the product?
Deel is an easy-to-use platform with everything you need as an employee, from leave management to all necessary documentation. It even reminds you when your paid time off starts!
Their customer support team is very kind, responsive, and helpful. They go above and beyond to ensure you navigate the complex admin process successfully.

What do you dislike about the product?
Maybe this was just the case with my company, but as their contractor (employed through Deel), I didn't have an official contact person in Deel, but had to go through their contact form to reach out to them. They were always very responsive, but it would be more efficient to have a dedicated person you can reach out to instead of having to submit a form every time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Since the company I was working with through Deel didn't have an official office in my country, Deel enabled me to stay in their workforce as a contractor, complying with all local regulations,
Best Remitting Service for Remote Workers
What do you like best about the product?
The upside of using Deel is that I get to withdraw to my local bank in the fastest time I've ever experienced internationally. It's as fast as transferring funds from local banks and the charges are massively affordable.

If they could lower charges on other withdrawal options like Crypto and PayPal, it would be perfect.

None really. Deel.com gives me everything that I need. They even provide an option to withdraw your salary in advance.

It helps me in getting my salary hassle-free. Instead of doing all the works of transfering from a provider and everything, Deel.com sends it directly to my bank account.

What do you like best about the product?
Very organised. Detailed. You have all the right informations at a glance. Payments are fast.
What do you dislike about the product?
The 2FA forces you to put security code once every 7 days at least. Sometimes it forgets about trusted devices so you have to put security code multiple times in a day / week.

As an Independent Contractor Deel is user friendly. All in one finance app for m6 monthly payout. I can transfer funds to my e wallet with easy. Transfering to my local bank account in just minutes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Difficulty in logging in. When I am in a hurry I keep on junbling the password and end up re typing it.

I get my monthly payout and statement without having to request HR for my daily hours paid.

The ID verification - I know it's delegated to a third-party software - could be better. I had issues scanning my local ID which I solved by using my driver's license instead, but the counterintuitive bit is that I wasn't getting any specific error indication on the former verification method

There should be an ability to create a profile for yourself, if you switch employers, and a way to see the previous roles held through Deel. Otherwise no complaints!

I like the fact the the user experience is easy to go through the app. I like the customer service, every time I had a problem they were efficient to help me out. I like the deel advance system that loans money when needed.

When I want to do a withdrawal, choosing an account from a list is hard to notice the chosen one.
