User-Friendly Platform with Excellent Local Transfers, Survey Feature Needs Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to use platform, the local bank transfer in Nicaragua is great

I think that the survey feature is not working well

Payroll using local transfers helps me to save money due to the lowest fees on this kind of transaction

It provides you with different options to withdrawal your money.

There have been times when I make a Fast withdrawal and it is revoked or the transaction takes two business days to reflect the funds on my account.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Instead they removed the early withdrawal setting and that´s something I really miss.
Fast Payments and Easy to Use, Minor App Glitch
What do you like best about the product?
It was easy to use & payments came fast!
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing I can think of. Other than one time the app did not work, but that happens to every app.

This app made it simple for me to log my hours and receive payment. I found it very user-friendly.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the withdraw options it offers, the benefits like deel advanced, and best of all I loved that is really fast tranfers to my account.
What do you dislike about the product?
Deel should consider offering an early payment option. If an employer deposits funds before the due date, contractors should be able to withdraw their payment as soon as the employer releases the funds — without being charged extra fees.
Currently, paying a $30 early withdrawal fee just because funds are available ahead of schedule feels unfair. A reasonable one-time fee (such as $15 for the transfer) would make sense, but doubling the charge simply because the employer paid early seems excessive.
This policy should be improved so that when employers pay ahead of time, contractors aren’t penalized with additional fees just to access money that already belongs to them.
As a contractor, I have to wait until the due date to release the funds to avoid extra charges, which causes delays.

Convenient Salary Tracking with Easy Invoice Access
What do you like best about the product?
This app provides me with all the information I need about my salary, which I find very convenient. What I appreciate most is having access to my invoices and being able to see exactly when I will be paid.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only drawback I’ve noticed is that certain withdrawal methods come with a high tax.

Deel has made it easier for me to work for a company in another country and receive payments in a currency different from my own.
Reliable and Secure Platform, but Limited Rewards Options
What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Deel is how safe it is with money. Everything is handled transparently and reliably, so there’s no need to worry about delays or mistakes with payments. It gives me a lot of peace of mind knowing everything is secure and the funds always arrive on time.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike about Deel is the rewards system. It’s a nice idea, but there aren’t many options available that I can actually use here in Honduras. It would be great if there were more rewards or benefits that worked internationally or were adapted to different countries.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Deel makes it easy to get paid in dollars and then convert the money to HNL to deposit directly into my local bank account. It saves me a lot of time and makes the whole payment process much simpler and more convenient.

Intuitive platform, attractive benefits, and punctual payments: excellent experience with Deel
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Deel is an accessible platform, easy to use, very practical, and intuitive. Additionally, it offers numerous benefits through various interesting platforms, such as gym applications, hotels, delivery apps, and platforms for taking courses, among many other options that are really worth taking advantage of. On the other hand, Deel ensures that payroll payments are made on time, without inconveniences or obstacles, which demonstrates the commitment of each entity to its employees.

I have nothing negative to point out, everything has been excellent.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Deel has made it easy for me to receive my payroll payment from abroad, without additional charges or complications on payment dates, which I find very remarkable. Additionally, it has given me access to my salary and a variety of benefits in different applications that are quite interesting.
Seamless Bank Integration and Easy Tracking, But Limited Rewards for My Country
What do you like best about the product?
The integration with my bank is excellent, allowing for same-day bank transfers. The platform also makes it easy to track documents, work hours, and expenses. There are several additional features available, such as a rewards system, or accounting services though I haven't tried those yet.
What do you dislike about the product?
Rewards are nice, although I do not see much for my home country. Not a big issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Communication with my agency is always prompt, clear, and efficient. I can easily locate signed documents, invoices, time tracking records, and other expenses whenever I need them.
So far Deel has been very good for remote work. I like it very much
What do you like best about the product?
I like that payments are fast, I can get advance and I can also get USDC. It would be good If i can use deel to send crypto to and exchage for other cryptos or USDC.

I have no dislikes so far and have been using Deel for contract work for more than a year.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bank Transfers for me since I am in IT and do remote work. Other clients don't like to pay high bank to bank transfer fees.
