I work with customers all over the world using Deel. Convenient and fast.
What do you like best about the product?
Withdrawal speed, multiple types for withdrawal, invoice generation, fast document verification.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that when selecting a withdrawal method, I don't see details about it. You have to go to the settings for that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows me to work with clients all over the world. This is the most important thing for me.

Payment is automatic and I get my salary on exact mention date. Support is very quick in case of any query.

What I like best about Deel is the Advance Payment, Ease of Use and the Customer Support that is always active.

Working with different platforms for the past 8+ years, Deel is awesome as a full-time remote worker
What do you like best about the product?
I have been working with different remote work contractors for the past 8+ years, and there we had to deal with multiple platforms related to work, assignments and payments. Deel offers all those features and much more in a single place including some financial planning, insurance and even discounts with partnered platforms.
The platform that Deel offers is easy to use and relatively intuitive. Things are always clearly mentioned, and they keep adding more features and improving the number of services provided.
Earlier I had to contact the employer when I needed some official documents required by banks and other government institutions; with Deel, they are readily available in the portal, and if we need something additional, we can always contact Customer Support, and they consistently fulfill your requirements.
It has been a wonderful experience working with Deel so far, and I have complete confidence that they will continue to add more services moving forward.

There is practically nothing that I dislike about Deel so far.

Our company has contractors from all over the world, and earlier the company was managing everything on its own, which sometimes becomes a hassle to deal with the requirements for employment in multiple countries and dealing with their local laws.
Deel takes care of everything on that side, and we just have to deal with Deel to manage our contractors.

Really convenient for distributed teams
What do you like best about the product?
Deel is super easy to use and very flexible. Support is fast and helpful. Onboarding is so much easier with contracts taken care of by deel and the clients can setup their own withdrawal methods, which in almost all cases transfers money instantly. Also great with perks, deel advance and expenses.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not entirely free for the customer but it's well worth it for the saved hassle and extra work (and expenses) with multiple invoices and contracts working with consultants in different countries.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Taking the legal hassle out of working with developers all over the world. Collecting everything onto one invoice. Letting the consultants taking care of most of their own onboarding.
Convenient and Secure Payroll System
What do you like best about the product?
Deel is a very reliable payroll system. It supports multiple contract management and is very easy to manage. It also provides multiple payment withdrawal options. The credit for the amount is indeed very fast, and it is also a transparent process. It also shows previous transaction history and also able to generate a report of it, which makes it easier for accounting. Deel advance is also one of the key features that helps contractors to get paid ahead of the pay day.
What do you dislike about the product?
Perk options provided by Deel in some regions are very limited. And the Deel card option is only available in a few countries.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is making international transcations super convinent. It's a good fit to manage your income, monitoring tax deductions, and in the financial year end how much incometax you need to pay. It's also utilizing as a HRMS tool, where you can book your timeoffs.

The bank transfer is super quick.

I don't have any thing I dislike about though I've been using for few years
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a fully remote company, my company head office is in the US, and I am located in another country. Just wiring the monthly payment usually has a lot of process and information required plus, takes a long time to receive it. But Deel transfers the payment within the day always, this helps a lot.
Super user friendly platform
What do you like best about the product?
How user-friendly and easy it is to manage my client from the platform. From signing the contract to managing my withdrawals.
What do you dislike about the product?
To be honest, there is nothing that I still dislike about Deel. Kind of surprised by this.

Mainly it would be manging payroll and contracts. Is not easy to find a platform that does both so efficiently.

The currency exchange platform and the customer service.

Navigation can be a hassle as you'd need to find your way around what goes where.
