Best way to get paid
What do you like best about the product?
I really like how simple it is to log in with your gmail account, and how thorough they are with options for securing your account. Also the fact that Deel Advance has a low interest rate, and just overall Deel being a reliable platform for receiving payments from my employer. 10/10 would recommend.
What do you dislike about the product?
Just how I applied for a Deel card over a year ago, and up to this date, even after submitting numerous documents in order to have it approved, it's still not approved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping me find other withdrawal methods valid in my country.
I have received my money without any issues.

Deel Advance is what I like the most, it's really useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Maybe the time it takes on weekends, it usually adds an extra day for receiving my money.

Everything is in one place, including healthcare, dental, commission, computer equipment, salary... the list goes on.
What do you dislike about the product?
Customer service in Deel chat is very slow moving which is the only con that I see. Honestly, it's rather frustrating at times but they do eventually connect and also give the option to take the conversation to email.

Makes my day easier because the Deel platform is definitely one source of truth. Less clicks through out my day helps.

What do you like best about the product?
We are new to Deel and are finding our way into what seems a very well designed portal. As every stage we are getting very good and forthcoming support from the Deel staff responsible. Very impressed with the personal attention that we are getting and the pragmatism with which queries are resolved. Now that the on-boarding is done, I feel extremely comfortable with my decision to choose Deel as an HR partner.
