Signed a contract and started to work for a company in a couple of days. All the documents needed provided. Easy both for the company and for employee.
Good for consultants. Reduces paperwork and makes it easier to get a contract with a customer.

What do you dislike about the product?
To send money in Thailand you need to send it by 1300$ by transaction. So, to send 4.000$ you need to do 4 transactions. A bit annoying.

Amazing and Innovative Platform
What do you like best about the product?
Deel is an intuitive platform that makes the management and payment of employees and contractors very easy! They have one of the best and prompt customer support that I have experienced. I highly recommend Deel to anyone that has not tried this amazing platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
Deel Client account should have the a feature that allows one to deposit fund and then pay employees or contractors directly from the balance.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Payment of contractors and remote workers leaving in different countries.

I like everything about the Deel platform. I think that it is perfect.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Deel solves the biggest problem with having overseas staff/contractors- they handle payroll, overseas payments, contract management etc

Payment processes are very fast. I received my payment that I will receive quickly with only IBAN information

Deel has a slightly complicated interface. After you get used to it, it doesn't bother you too much, but at first it feels a bit confusing.

Thanks to Deel, I can easily receive payments from a company abroad.

Whether it's regular salaries which we do bi-monthly or one-time expenses, payments can be effortlessly executed. The addition of new staff members is a straightforward and expeditious procedure. Setting up and generating contracts is a seamless experience. We rely on the Deel platform for bi-monthly salary disbursements, as well as for incorporating perks or expenses, and I find myself using the system at least on a weekly basis.
Deel's multitude of features caters to businesses of all sizes, streamlining management tasks and ensuring simplicity. The platform seamlessly integrates with Slack, enhancing the convenience of receiving notifications.

What do you dislike about the product?
The time-off functionality could benefit from enhancements. Although there are Slack integrations allowing employees to request time off, I've encountered difficulties in getting this feature to function properly. While a calendar view has been recently introduced, I wish there were options to incorporate public holidays and utilize it as a shared team calendar. Presently, I resort to a third-party out-of-office (OOO) tool in Slack and manually upload it because the team finds it cumbersome to navigate the system and locate the somewhat concealed time-off request feature. Additionally, having visibility into the remaining days off for each team member would be a valuable addition.

What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to pay and get paid internationally from dozens of countries around the world. They also provide multiple options to withdraw the money, giving contractors and freelancers the flexibility to receive money in the way they want.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing bad about the platform, although it'd be great if Deel can offer their card for more countries.

Deel is helping us solve the legal and monetary aspects of working with international talent. They simplify the process from giving out contracts to payroll administration.

Sometimes the support response is slow. But it's okay. What matter is that issues get resolved.
