What do you like best about the product?
We are just getting started using Dell but they promise to be a simple way to build a global workforce for our small non-profit.
What do you dislike about the product?
No downsides yet, other than being pestered into completing this review and making this entry longer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We've engaged talent in France and Nigeria. This would have been very difficult to navigate without Deel. Deel made it easy!
Great Experience
What do you like best about the product?
Our Account Manager and Onboarding Specialist were both great. They were responsive and available to answer questions and followed up throughout the process.
What do you dislike about the product?
Contract is prescriptive so it was a little challenging to have conversations with our prospective employee.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We used Deel as an Employer of Record to hire into a new market and expand out business.

What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful for me is how easiest it is to manage contracts and invoices with a lot of automations.

There is anything that I dislike in Deel.

How Deel manages contracts and invoices as a middleware between the parts.
The best option
What do you like best about the product?
I think the best thing about Deel is the possibility of having a virtual contract for any type of remote work. I believe it is very important to have these tools, and I think it is very good for each of us.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think one of the things I didn't like was that you need to have your tax matters in order. Being my first job, it was a bit difficult to have everything in order, but it is very easy to do.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me because there I can see everything related to my contract in a very simple way, it helps me because thanks to this I can be more familiar with everything that involves my contract.

The payment was made easy, easy to create invoices and also to add bank accounts to my profile was easy

Nothing, to be honest; the platform was always available. Never experienced a downtime

Solution for payroll complexities
What do you like best about the product?
Quick responses and processes to sort out any reported issues. Onboarding and offboarding process was smooth. It saved lot of time with payroll complexities and labour practices.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have anything to dislike about deel but we had difficulties in the initial stage to get exact tax amount. So, there was lot of forth and back with the finalized salary
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Initial confusion about visa requirements for Sweden and health insurance, but everything was sorted out fastly. Had some questions about leaves, got quick response
An amazing platform to manage payments
What do you like best about the product?
I like DEEL Advance, it's one of the best qualities for anyone managing budgets on a tight schedule
What do you dislike about the product?
I used to have a prepaid card which was great but it was cancelled and I miss it. It was good to have a card to pay for things
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping me manage my salary every month and I am able to pull the payment to my Brazilian account
I think it's a great way to work remotely with out having problems with payments or high comissions.

Communication, always keeps you informed on the process that it's taking place, from start to end when you get your money.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, I haven't found any troubles with the platform; maybe I need more information about Deel card for foreigners regarding benefits or coverage.

Getting payments to outsource workers is more accessible.
I had a good experience with deel, everything in this application was very clear.
What do you like best about the product?
I like the benefits and that all processes are more straightforward than the traditional ones. When I started with the application, it was very intuitive; the interface and the guide they provided at the beginning made it easy for me to get started.
What do you dislike about the product?
I want more information about what you need. If you are from another country, like Mexico, what would be the equivalent documents in your country. Maybe it would be an excellent option to put the equivalent documents in the corner of the input.

They are helping me to get a job in another country from home.
Easy Onboarding and Responsive Team
What do you like best about the product?
It was straightforward to be onboarded for my new company. The way their website is set up makes it genuinely user-friendly. I had no issues getting set up with my new company.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. I have had no issues with Deel yet. Way to go Deel!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Deel has solved the issue of my employer being in a different country. They are a great middle man and make things easy and quick.
