Fast, easy and secure
What do you like best about the product?
The critical information handling and the speed and the automation in the invoices, payments and fund release.
How easy it to wthdraw the funds to any bank or financial institution, any where of the world.
Easy to use with Paypal.
The initial setup was easy, the forms were very user friendly and all of that paperwork is already sotred in Deel for future use.
Can be used all the time, as the card provides posibilities of use.
Contacted the customer support once and was very fast and friendly.
Easy to save withdrawal methods from different countries.

What do you dislike about the product?
The policy with the Virtual credit cards.
I haven't used the virtual one yet, already got the physical one and wanted to cancel the virtual and now I will be charged for that card to. Even that I haven't use it already.

Deel is providingme a platform easy to use with any bank or financial institution all over the world.
Smooth experience
What do you like best about the product?
The User experience on their website. It was easy from creating and account to withdrawing my salary; I felt like they always guessed what my next action were to be. Also the countless benefits and partnerships within the app, makes easier to organize your remote work.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can not think about something in specific. Maybe for some Latin American countries, it takes up to four days the withdrawal, which is a lot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Deel is in charge of Payroll management for people around the world, with any problems because of different tax regulations. They know about all these details.

What do you like best about the product?
The platform is costumer friendly, there is always someone on line to talk to whenever I have questions about something. It has many helpful options like deel advance. I use it frequently and feel like the website is secure to access and I haven't felt my information or money is at risk at any time.
What do you dislike about the product?
That I can't withdraw cash from my debit card and that in some on line platforms like didi I can't use my digital card because it says it's from a different country so it doesn't allow me to do purchases. I would also prefer it it had an app and not only a website.

It allows me to get paid from abroad and access to my money easily.

What do you like best about the product?
I feel Deel has become a great ally when adding talent abroad to your team. It works perfectly for those who need their payment monthly and on the same date without submitting extra documents each month. And the best is the Advance payment, great tool when you need your salary before payment day!

Sometimes the extra requirements to access your account makes it harder to use, but the contact center is always available to help when your account needs an special setup.

I really like a lot of things but to summarize, I will point just 3 main things why I love Deel:
* The simplicity to do everything, the UI and UX of the site
* The support is one of the best I've ever seen (in particular I love the 24/7 WhatsApp support)
* Deel card (it's awesome) and the lots of ways to withdraw money
I really recommend Deel to everyone (especially to any contractor working from Argentina)

What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I can think of is that the Deel card cannot be used to withdraw money. That would be awesome to have.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm a contractor and Deel is helping me with a variety of tools to manage my salary and to be able to withdraw it without losing too much on the process.

What do you like best about the product?
The process to sign up is easy and fast. No too many documents are required. Also, the rate exchange from dollar to COP is quite good.
What do you dislike about the product?
It lacks more options to get the salary in the local currency, this is, for people who do not receive it in dollars. In this sense, options without charging extra dollars would be good.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I was able to work for an enterprise that's not located in my country of residence and still, receive the salary in the local currency.
