What do you like best about the product?
Ease and trust of the platform. especially the withdrawal options. The customer support is awesome too.

Nothing for now. I have had a smooth experience from day one. I use it every week.

What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful about Deel is their accessible customer support which is always available and very effective in meeting client queries and concern. Deel not only delivers Human Resource Management services but also cares about Client's expenditure, taxes, salary advance which always works as emergency money for clients so as to always have personal issues solved. Thank you so much Feel Team. I also love how one can track their transactions and money.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wouldnt say dislike but what we can have worked on is being able to have instant money in international countries like Uganda, sometimes it's that urgent but one has to wait 2days to recieve the money, more worse if salary is paid two days prior th weekend, meaning it will take 6days to be recieved, so instant cash will save a life. Secondly can we have loans considered too?. Thank you!

How fast the withdrawal with Wise and how reliable it feels, making clear notifications on each process and step

I love the quick responses, the friendly taxes and most o all the amount of different features provided that make the whole experience more interesting and makes me feel more assisted.

I feel like I need to be closer to deel on my phone, so an app would make that conection on the go great.

Deel provides me with currency conversion and sends my payment to my favorite bank in a very short time.

There is nothing that I can think of. I particularly liked that when I withdrew my funds, I got them right away.

What I like most about Deel is that it's very easy to use and offers many ways to withdraw money. It's organized in such a way that you always know where you want to go. The menus, the design—everything points to it being an excellent program.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I like least about Deel is that there isn’t a Deel card available yet to withdraw money from banks in Ecuador. However, I know they are working on it so that everyone can have access to a card.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I think Deel is making significant improvements in terms of design and usability. For example, the menus are much better than before, and now it can be used on mobile phones, making it much easier and more convenient to withdraw your money to your bank accounts.
