What do you dislike about the product?
1. Wish there was an easier way to transfer our funds from PayPal to Deel, because PayPal charges SOOO much from the receiving of the pay up to the transfer. If it was with Deel, I'm sure it wouldn't have been that way.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have not encountered any problems using Deel. I have not spoken to any support staff about any issues.
Clear and Easy to Use—No Complaints

it easy to use, the onboarding was easy, all the steps for withdraw and for local taxes are intituive

Im good , I think the UI makes sense. Im not sure if the benefict that are dsiplay are the best but they can improve that

What I love most about Deel is how intuitive and user-friendly the platform is. It’s really easy to find everything I need — whether it’s information about my payments, important documents, or requests for holidays and days off. Everything is well-organized and simple to navigate, which makes managing my work details much smoother.
I also really appreciate the flexibility Deel offers when it comes to payments. Being able to access my earnings before the regular payday is extremely convenient, and the exchange rate is quite fair. Plus, the ability to track each transaction when I withdraw funds gives me confidence and transparency in how my money is handled.
Overall, Deel combines simplicity, flexibility, and transparency — all of which make it a great platform to use.

What do you dislike about the product?
At the beginning, I did face a bit of frustration when I had to submit my work permit and documents. In my case, I don’t have a digital visa but a UK share code, and the system initially only allowed me to upload pictures of visas rather than documents or codes. However, when I reached out to customer service, they were very responsive and helpful. They quickly understood the issue and uploaded my permit internally, which made me feel supported and taken care of.

Deel helps me manage both my personal finances and my day-to-day HR needs.

It’s really convenient to manage international contracts and payments in one place. The interface is clean, the onboarding process is smooth, and support is fast when I need help. It saves a lot of administrative time.

Sometimes the platform feels a bit rigid, there are limited customization options for contracts or payment methods. Also, support response times can vary depending on the issue.

Deel takes away all the headaches of getting paid internationally. I don’t have to deal with invoices, currency conversions, or compliance stuff. I just focus on my work and get paid on time. It makes remote work feel simple and reliable.

Fast Payments and Free Transfers, But Invoicing Needs Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
The payments arrive quickly and international bank transfers are free of charge.
What do you dislike about the product?
The invoicing logic is not logical. As a business owner I'm supposed to send an invoice, and the customer is supposed to pay it. At Deel, the platform will generate an invoice, which may or may not match what I need to invoice, and to get my invoice and the one on Deel aligned is very troublesome.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me have an appropriate contract in place with the customer.
Easy Money Management, But App Can Be Slow
What do you like best about the product?
It's simple to use and makes it easy for me to manage and collect my money. I use Deel to withdraw my money every month.

At times, the app seems to run slowly, and I think there is room for improvement in their customer service.

It is my second contract held by Deel. I can always count on getting paid on time, it is easy to withdraw and have a good experience.
