What do you like best about the product?
Deel is an intuitive and user-friendly platform, it is easy to navigate and manage my payments on this platform. Deel's customer support is very responsive and helpful, providing assistance when needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Personally, I've found it challenging to identify any downsides or areas for improvement with Deel. This platform has exceeded my expectations in many ways.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Deel streamlines international payments, making it much easier to pay employees and contractors worldwide. This not only saves me time but also eliminates the hassle and potential errors associated with manual payments and currency conversions.

What do you like best about the product?
I am based out of Paris and Deel has efficiently addressed all my needs in one centralized location. This encompassed essential aspects such as health insurance and payroll, and their seamless handling of the contract signing process greatly contributed to a hassle-free experience. The compliance and document verification process was straightforward, and the support team promptly implemented changes as per my requests.

Thus far, the experience has been consistently excellent, a sentiment that I have conveyed to my People team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Deel France SAS serves as my employer of record, overseeing my hiring on behalf of my San Francisco-based startup. This arrangement is particularly advantageous given the limited number of employees in France, ensuring both my compliance with regulations and local laws, and that of the company. Importantly, this structure allows me to remain based in Paris and to cover the European market.

- weird rules for Deel Advance, where the slightly changed contract with the same Client may lead to 2 months gap in Deel Advance eligibility

Easy payment processing with Deel
What do you like best about the product?
For me, the best thing about Deel is the ease of use. It is very easy to use without compromising user security.
What do you dislike about the product?
The exchange rate is lower when you withdraw from Deel directly to my local bank. I have to transfer to Wise first before I transfer money to my local bank. That way, I'll get higher value for my US dollar earnings.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Deel makes it easier for us employees to send invoices and receive payments. I can also ask for advanced payments when needed. this is a big help in case of emergencies
My perspective, using deel while working remotely
What do you like best about the product?
I work remotely, it is super easy to get my payments within seconds, I really love the instant card transfer feature, super fast and I also love the cash advance option I am now using for the second month.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish Deel would support VISA cards too, I had to change my account from Visa to Mastercard to be able to continue using Deel. I also wish Deel would allow users to select currency of choise, right now Deel automatically converts to my local currency, what if I just want to receive USD since I have a USD bank savings account?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
as a remote worker, I can be paid from anywhere in the world and it goes to my bank account within seconds if not less than 1 minute.

What do you like best about the product?
Deel is user's friendly interface with community forum and offers helpful resources, what I like most is fast in disbursing and advance very helpful. Thank you and more success.

Some of the features Im not familiar with since I dont have time exploring.

User Friendly
What do you like best about the product?
This product is incredibly user-friendly and excels at providing a seamless experience for creating and tracking invoices with the added benefit of easy backtracking.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is none as of this time as I've been liking it so far

Deel is acting as our outsourced payroll system
User-friendly interface and support staff goes an extra mile
What do you like best about the product?
When I started using Deel, I did not have a full grasp of the withdrawal methods and I appreciate how all staff I chatted with were responsive and made sure I understood before ending the conversation. I also love how local banks and other e-wallets are available in Deel. It is truly convenient and easy to use. I now use Deel with other clients and would love to use them with future contracts!

Deel has accomodated all my questions and concerns in a timely manner. I have no complaints.

Getting paid by international entities - they made it easier and faster.
