Great product for great people
What do you like best about the product?
Physical card, perks and advance payments are really great opportunities for a Deel user.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there are issues with customer service, but they resolve them quite fast

Quick payments with low fees for money transfers.

One of my favorite things about Deel is the variety of Withdrawal methods available.
Customer support has also been very friendly and helpful when I was faced with issues.

What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't come across any disadvantages of using Deel. Only request I had was a mobile app and a new one has been released and it has all the features you would expect it to have!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Deel helps with simplfying payments across multiple countries.
Freelancer? Remote worker? Digital nomad? Just get paid the way you want in the currency you want

What do you dislike about the product?
Deel is NOT available in Venezuela (I'm venezuelan living in Argentina).
But Ontop is available instead.

Is not so easy to use if you are not in this world (Ex: +40/+50 yr people)

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I work from Argentina in a company in Chile.
Deel is very useful in this case to get my paycheck in USD instead of chilean or argentinian pesos.

What do you like best about the product?
Deel removes all the bureocracy when you need to receive payments from companies abroad. Their experience and customer support are pretty great and they can pay you in different currencies or even crypto. I highly recommend your company to use Deel to run the payroll of international contractors.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only problem that I had, was when a company tried to pay me, but they didn't proceed with the payment and I've already withdrawn the money, so then my account balance was negative.

With Deel, I can receive my salary without any headache.

Working internationally means to be able to issue invoices... But this can e a problemi for people, like me, who are in the middle of the career and do not wish to change their employee mindset.

I think you could only add sending and receiving money between Deel users

In my country payments in foreign currency are not enabled, Deel allowed me to collect my salary in dollars directly and be able to use it in my country without any problem

I love how easy it is to navigate the platform. The support is fantastic and overall it helps us save time which is so valuable!
What do you dislike about the product?
I always seem to have issues when trying to download the analytic data I need for monthly reporting. I've reached out to support and it seems like a work in progress, but a shame this is not as easy to utilize as everything else.

What do you like best about the product?
The estimated dates of the payments and when they'll reflect into your account. They just added a cash advance feature which will come in handy for most. A great dash board that you can access with any device is a major!
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing much to be honest, it has a great UI/UX so it's very easy to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They don't have tax services in South Africa which they said they're working on, which will benefit residents of RSA, so instead of withholding your own tax, they'll be able to do it for you.
