Easy comp decisions and higher close rates!
What do you like best about the product?
Assemble has completely transformed how we give offers and make compensation decisions. We're able to compare to other employees, and then send over a beautiful offer letter that explains the value of our cash and most notably, equity, without having to have candidates take our word for it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing! We truly love how flexible the platform is, and the team takes any feature requests we have quickly into account.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Assemble helps us both make fair and competitive offers, plan headcount, and create beautiful explainers, and saves us a ton of time in the process.

Cooperation with employees via Deel. A lot of options include in one platform.

Firstly did not know many features of using platform

Oportunity to use the platform to hire employees all over the world

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of creating contracts in multiple locations, but I have to add that upon further legal review we found some contracts may not be fully aligned with local employment laws which can be a bit concerning.
What do you dislike about the product?
Initially the lack of reliable customer support but that has drastically improved since we were assigned a CSM. I often feel we have unique one-off situations that neither Deel nor we are familiar with so solving more complex issues can be very time cosuming.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As we have team members in 11 states, Deel is allowing us to scale international without having to establish local entities. Deel also makes it easy to pay our international team.

What do you like best about the product?
The product is really thoughtfully built out and designed. The Assemble team is also really hard-working, and will get back to us quickly if we need anything or have any questions!
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing so far! We've really enjoyed working with their team and using their product.

Headcount planning, seeing benchmarking of our existing employees and their compensation... all of it is easier with Assemble
The best EOR in the market for fully remote companies
What do you like best about the product?
We have found their platform to be very user friendly and this has enabled us to quickly and efficiently onboard many people from different parts of the world with a few clicks due to the fact that they have a very user friendly platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, nothing has disappointed us about the product. The only thing I would suggest for improvement is their chat support, which can sometimes take a while to get back to you with a solution if you are having trouble.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Deel has been a tremendous help to us in hiring a team of 30+ personnel from Europe to the US, thanks to their services. We have saved a lot of time, and we have been able to remove any geographic barriers when looking for talent.

What do you like best about the product?
Our CRM, the overall support, especially the response time using the live chat function, the on-call HR advice for every country we are in, the reassurance that all governance issues are covered for our company. Using Deel means we can focus on the more People focussed, value add initiatives for our team
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few limitations with the system but, overall, it's great. Sometimes processes are delayed because we have to go through various teams our side and their side to get things over the line - but this is to be expected to ensure everything is done diligently

Deel is solving the issue of how you hire individuals across the globe compliantly. This has meant that we managed to 3x our team size in 10 months. We havent had to set up various entities.

+ Platform could give better insights if you hire across multiple countries e.g. show a view of cities where people are employes, overview of who is in vs out of probation, overview of salaries etc.

+ Deel is helping us hire talent in countries where we don't have entities. This has helped us source key talent that is driving our business forward.

What do you like best about the product?
Their platform is easy to use, they're constantly adding new features and updates so I feel like we always have the latest. And the whole team is always very helpful and trying to find solutions to us.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have wanted to hire team members in Venezuela, but they don't have an entity there for obvious reasons but it's a small loss for us. Otherwise they support fully our distributed team.

Deel is making employment all over the world hassle free.

Support from every person we interact with - they take our concerns seriously and urgently - we have been able to hit the ground and solve problems within our business with speed
What do you dislike about the product?
The tool can be a bit buggy - it's iterative - which is great - but sometimes bug fixes cause errors downstream.
