Best onboarding manager ever
What do you like best about the product?
Deel is a simple to use all in one platform that allows you to simplify your payroll with multiple locations in mind.
The simplicity of the compliance aspect with so many international locations is a real peace of mind for HR professionals and business owners.
The fact you can onboard multiple members of staff, from all different locations and not worry about local legislation or regulations makes life much easier.
I had Maxence as my original point of contact who was easy to work with and very responsive. Our onboarding manager, Antonio was so easy to work with, no matter what questions or time, he would come back to me quickly and he made the whole process a breeze, nothing was too much trouble.

What do you dislike about the product?
The fact you have to pay an upfront one month deposit for each team member means that Deel holds onto a lot of cash that could otherwise be put towards something else.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Deel solves the headache of having a remote team and running multiple payrolls.

What do you like best about the product?
Deel brings together all the things that are needed to work as a contractor. It's super easy to use and makes the whole process of running the B2B contract basically efortless.
The UI is great, the additional features like Deel Advance are very handy and unexpected for this kind of product.

What do you dislike about the product?
I don't really have anything that I don't like about Deel. Some of the payment channels are not available for some currencies, but that might be an issue outside of Deel's reach.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Deel allows me to handle my payments with a company in a different country, in a different currency and exactly on time.
Lightning fast onboarding
What do you like best about the product?
I love the fact that the UX was very simple and intuitive to get my onboarding completed in under 10 mins and I can get paid.
- The updation of documents through phone experience was firctionless.(through QR)
- Comparing to the other freelancer payroll providers, the time taken to get on-boarded and get paid is as low as an hour.
- seperating out some of the verification heavy/compliance checks from getting paid was a brilliant idea, so that the payments due will not wait till the checks.

Getting paid quickly, and withdrwaing the money automatically into my local bank account.
Feeback for DEEL services
What do you like best about the product?
Deel has proven to be the best solution when it comes to handle contractual work and payments. The Hourly rate fashion and logging of hours is a seamless and flawless process. The client gets a full insight of the work that has been done and can resolve disputes as in when we go.
The contract signing and submission is super transparent and with just couple of steps we are able to access the full functionality of the platform. Overall, very happy with the service and I look forward to use Deel for all my contractual work.

Transferring payments and handling contracts has never been this easy. Thanks to Deel for making this process seamless and compliant with all the norms.
Simplicity and support everywhere
What do you like best about the product?
I have really appreciated all the webinars and online events they plan on a regular basis to create a virtual community among freelancers. Also the articles they publish on life goals and daily routine are very interesting for a freelance. Even the platform works very well and I have never experienced any technical issue.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I would suggest is to make the dashboard smarter with less buttons. Sometimes it's difficult to find what you need, you have to spend some time searching on the webpage.

PERFECT PAYMENT PROCESS
What do you like best about the product?
I have been receiving my payments through Deel for over one year. So far I have not had a delay or problem in payment process. Money transfer is very easy and fast to your bank account . Signing your contract is a very secure process too and that makes you feel happy.

I have had no problems so far. SO nothing to write here :)

What do you dislike about the product?
The absence of tax advice for my specific country is a downside. As a freelancer, having tailored tax guidance is crucial, and, unfortunately, Deel doesn't currently offer this support for my location.

I can have deel contracts and make external invoices for my other customers via Deel and have all of my invoices in one place.
Getting Paid Faster
What do you like best about the product?
I think the most helpful is getting my salary earlier, faster, and in many different withdrawal payments gateways. also the Deel card is very useful for spending money without any fees. also it's easy to use.

I can't send euro to Egypt. I think they need to provide euro to Egypt.

Although, I wholeheartedly like all the features of Deel's platform, one feature to add could be "Feature Customization", where a user wish for more customization options as per their needs. A bit more flexibility in feature customization could enhance the overall user experience.

Everything looks so simple, you do need to worry about having your documents ready when setting up your account, but after that everything is super easy
