The platform is super easy to use and self-explaining.

- I would love to have access to the contract templates
- We had issues in the beginning with having 2 companies as the invoice address, to solve the issue took us long time

Hiring in different countries with having a "legal" partner.

What do you like best about the product?
The platform experience is very user-friendly, but the best part is my Onboarding person, Osiris. He's responsive and beyond helpful. Premium customer service!
What do you dislike about the product?
The notifications of the stage/actions on the candidate side do not reflect signed docs before invoicing so it's often hard to tell if there is a pending step.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hiring our international technical staff and providing equipment in a manageable way. Prior PEO's that we've used have had bad service and complex processes.

Communication is very good and a very pro active response

Sometimes lead times using the help centre could be a bit long

They are solving our global expansion plan structure by allowing us to hire people from everywhere.
Deel has made hiring international hiring a breeze!
What do you like best about the product?
Deel has made it incredibly easy for us to hire talent internationally, with great ease. They have knowledgeable people in each country so that you can ensure you are being compliant with each hire. My reps in particular, have been outstanding and incredibly responsive, helping me with anything I need and helping me get expedited support if I ever need it. I am very happy with my experience at Deel.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much to complain about! I do think the amendment section can sometimes be a litty wonky, as I couldn't make changes to the start date after the employee had signed, but my reps got it all figured out for me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Deel has allowed us the opportunity to be compliant with international hiring, without having to actually open entities in all those countries. This has saved us time, money, and effort!

What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoy the fast and smooth help from Deel that I have received in different cases (and these have not been the easiest ones). Especially Tiago has been always ready to discuss some additional questions/topics and reacts really quickly to help our team out.
What do you dislike about the product?
I assume the knowledge of different countries and regulations can be developed in the future, but as far as I have seen, Deel employees are already a lot more competent related to the past. Some improvements on Deel platform can also be made: receiving notifications when signatures can be added (Kristina especially) + the possibility to change the effective date of the amendment (e.g. workload).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Employment relations in other entities. In my case, Tiago has been a huge help in dealing with difficult contract changes and terminations we have had lately. Some confusing moments have been raised, but we're also playing our part here :)
Excellent multi country EOR portal!
What do you like best about the product?
When we at Change.org United scoped EOR options for our global operations, we scoped many service providers. Deel came with recommendations from multiple sources. Our preliminary interaction with the portal representatives and how the user experience made it an easy decision to go with them. Since then, what has been extremely impressive has been their customer service in handling issues with our multi-culture teams across the globe. This is a key if not most important, component of managing global teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
We want a more time-bound resolution to make EOR operations available in some geographies we operate across the globe. The deadlines provided for opening their operations have been delayed inordinately while we acknowleding the legal requirement of each country is complex, and Deel is in the establishment phase.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Compliance across different geographies has been the most impressive benefit for us to run seamless global operations. Our experience has been excellent.

What do you like best about the product?
Not much at this point. They seem to have cool features and options but there were some issues for me initially
What do you dislike about the product?
If you run an organization that deals with something as important as money, then you absolutely have to be efficient and do the very basic thing of getting people their money on time. These are just the basics. Deel on the other hand have taken a different approach. Despite many assurances from management and customer support that they are 'working on it'. I'm still yet to receive my salary from the 15th of September. It's October 3rd. I don't know what they think I'm using to pay my bills meanwhile they tell me to 'be patient'. My point?
October 4th: My salary is no longer MIA although I'm still baffled how money can just go missing like that. I think Wise was the problem since they used Wise to process my payment into my local bank account but til today I haven't received it. Deel had to refund me for the payment as they await a refund themselves from Wise. I'm happy they tried to come up with a working solution for me.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They were supposed to have been a more cost effective option for our remote company and colleagues to be able to get paid, receive their money with low fees and be in control of how it's all done since they have quite a few options to get paid. Hoping to see these benefits going forward
Simple, Great Customer Service, Awesome international Hiring
What do you like best about the product?
They have the best teams that are always available to help. We don't need to do extensive research on the different countries we hire in and they handle everything from onboarding, and hiring to terminations, all while aking sure we stay complaint and within the law.

What do you like best about the product?
I think Deel Customer Success, especially Tiago is working at a high level to support our growth. Whenever we come out with ad-hoc off-cycle requests, he always finds a solution
What do you dislike about the product?
I think you should improve for cash flow purpose visibility what is the amount of upcoming payments per week, amounts in different currencies including added expenses, because currently, we can only see flat rate amounts, but not added bonuses or expenses getting due.

Hiring internationally for talent in multiple locations. It's a massive benefit in the short period when start-up will be moving to scale-up. Contract management in different locations.

Deel makes it easy to hire employees and/or contractors around the world. The platform is very easy to use and any questions or requests for support are handled quickly and efficiently.

Hiring full-time employees through Deel can be expensive. They don't communicate changes to their processes/requirements with companies very well.
