High professionalism
What do you like best about the product?
Deel representatives are very well-informed, very engaged, and very responsive. I felt taken care of all through the process.
What do you dislike about the product?
there's nothing I disliked. I felt supported at all times. The platform is user-friendly as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Everything I met on the way, like making a new contract adding a payment method and correcting some mistakes I made in the system. Basically, all the lifecycle of an onboarding.

What do you like best about the product?
Onboarding was easy and I always get a reply to my questions in the promised time frame.
When I nees some time of it's very easy to do so and payment is always on time.

What do you dislike about the product?
I am not a fan of using forms to get in contact with my provider. I have to say that everything is worked out pretty fast, but - as mentioned - not a fan of forms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Deel is helping me to hire amazing talent from all over the world. No need to work out conplicated working contracts and to know everything about the law in the country I am hiring.

At the moment nothing, everything it's really satisfying

We do not have a legal entity in many countries and without deel for us would be not possible to hire People there
Great solution to employing a global team and doing so compliantly!
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use platform, generates contracts quickly with clear upfront view of oncosts. Includes standard leave offerings in country of employment so that you are guided on minimum offerings yet have flexibility to offer above and remain competitive in local market as well as good guidelines to support you in understanding other offerings such as NEST, KiwiSaver or 401ks etc. Local employment contract templates provided and confirming work right docs to ensure we are compliant all give peace of mind we are employing people responsibly.
The online platform is extremely self-sufficient yet we have excellent CX support by way of a key contact (not just a helpdesk) someone who is willing to respond in a very timely manner to give you the support you need when required.

What do you dislike about the product?
Managers don't have visibility of employee leave balances yet - accrual leave product feature still being worked on by the Deel team. In the meantime, its a common query by employees/managers when approving leave requests, so we are looking forward to this feature coming soon as it will save us some behind the scenes admin.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We want to be able to find the best possible talent globally and that means being able to compliantly hire employees all over the world. Deel solves this problem for us by supporting us to hire a mix a permanent and contract resources and have these employees managed correctly, paid on platform with full visibiklity of our global team. In turn, this also gives peace of mind to the employee/contractor we have hired as well and ensures we are not losing talent simply due to lack of an entity in a given country.

Lack of personalisation in terms of contracts.

Employees abroad, making their offboarding and onboarding seamless and easy.
Deel has been fundamental to support our growth
What do you like best about the product?
Deel allows us to grow a distributed team across the world, and removes complications on contracts, onboarding and payroll in multiple locations ; they also count with a dedicated team to support clients, and I specifically appreciate the contributions of the assigned customer success manager for our team (Tiago Mourão).
What do you dislike about the product?
Deel is expanding to be an all-encompassing platform, including benefits, integrations with accounting and software platforms; this is a work in progress and sometimes a bit delayed, which may cause some confusion.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Growing a remote company worldwide wouldn't be possible without Deel. They remove a significant number of hurdles and complications. Deel also allows us to be quick when offering candidates a contract and remain compliant while doing so - which is a pain when you consider different legislations for 15+ countries.

What do you like best about the product?
The platform is amazing and helps us ensure team members have a positive on and offboarding experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
Employee experience could be stronger, but they are working on fixing that structure.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Visibility and ease of employing team members abroad. They have made it so easy for us to scale as a hypergrowth company.

Deel always answers very quickly, they always try to find the best solution and give us a lot of information

Not having enough details on the payroll/invoices, not being able to add leaves/unpaid leaves for EOR contracts,

Having workers outside France and creating an international company, doing the onboarding, payroll/invoices...

to have a resent button if people didn't get the invitation or just can't find it. Clearer statuses to see where exactly is what missing
