What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the instant withdrawal feature, as well as the option for crypto withdrawals. The Deel card is also very convenient, allowing me to use it anywhere.
What do you dislike about the product?
The app can be a bit slow at times, which is something that needs improvement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When I used to receive payments from international clients, I had to depend on Payoneer and ended up paying high fees for every transaction. Fortunately, I no longer have to face those charges now that I use deel.

What do you like best about the product?
I find Deel to be a trustworthy and reliable platform that helps me manage my income in a professional manner. I particularly like the recently implemented Deel virtual card, which provides a convenient and faster way to access and utilize my income. This feature is especially useful for both online and physical purchases, as it seamlessly integrates with Apple Pay, allowing me to spend my income immediately. Overall, Deel offers tools that cater to various needs, providing me with a sense of security and efficiency in handling financial transactions.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the user interface of Deel challenging. There's an overwhelming amount of options that are not intuitive, making it hard to understand their purpose. The visual information feels cluttered, and the layout is not user-friendly, which hampers easy navigation and usability. Additionally, transitioning from PayPal to Deel has been difficult due to the increased learning curve, as Deel is more intricate and takes more time to set up compared to the straightforwardness of opening a PayPal account.

I use Deel to receive payments, offering a trustworthy platform to manage income professionally. The Deel virtual card enables immediate spending, enhancing convenience for both online and physical purchases.

I find Deel extremely user-friendly, especially when it comes to withdrawing my money, which is a straightforward and hassle-free process. I also appreciate the security aspect of Deel, as it gives me confidence knowing that my money is securely held. Furthermore, I was pleasantly surprised by how easy it was to set up Deel initially. This kind of simplicity in setup greatly reduced any potential stress or complications, making the transition and use feel smooth from the start. These elements combined strongly convince me of Deel’s value, making it an indispensable tool for my payroll needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that Deel only provides a Visa card and lacks a Mastercard option. This limitation forced me to contact my bank for a new card, as the Mastercard was not compatible.

I find Deel makes it easy to withdraw money and ensures my funds are secure.

Time that ACH deposits can take. For example I requested a deposit and it is taking 3 days.

The rates and fees, those are low clear and no hidden fees when moving your money

The app is slow, the fees could be lower since competidors are lowering fees, and more discounts with learning services

Deel is allowing me to receive my salary for the company that I work for, since I'm a remote worker direct bank transfers are not the best solution.
