The speed of customer support responses, although generally good, could be optimized for even quicker issue resolution. The problem of received an amout into my international account, such a great benefit to centralize every contract on my wallet.

The range of withdraw methods. I can withdraw to Wise, via ACH and others

Could be helpful if Deel have an Mobile App for the contractor, employee part to manage the wallet and the card.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
the annoying issue of send and invoice every month and the doubt of don't know when im going to receive my money. now i can know perfectly when im going to have my payment and that helps me to organize me financially.
Convenient tool for remote workers

Easy to use and user-friendly platform. Very mature product with a lot of options for remote workers and nomads.

Withdraw commissions are increasing

What do you like best about the product?
I really like how practical it is to receive money and have different contracts using Deel, so far I have never had any issue withdrawing my payments or signing up new contract details.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, I can't receive a Deel card in the country I'm currently living (Brazil).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using Deel I can easily receive my payment in US Dolars, even though I'm in Brazil, and I can withdraw it directly into BRL reais if I want to, a major benefit considering how practical it is.
A surprisingly good payroll solution
What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate how easy it is to use Deel. The interface is super user-friendly, which is a big plus. What stands out to me is how fast and smooth the payment process is – it's a real time-saver. They've also got a bunch of payment options, which is great for dealing with international stuff. Another thing I love is their customer support; they're always there when you need them and super helpful. Plus, Deel's got pretty much everything I need in one place, from handling contracts to making sure everything's compliant.
What do you dislike about the product?
On the downside, Deel can be a bit pricey, especially when you compare it to other options out there. I also wish there was more room to customize things to better fit my needs. I've run into a few bugs and slowdowns, which can be annoying. For someone who's not too tech-savvy, getting the hang of Deel might feel a bit overwhelming at first. And, I've noticed that sometimes notifications about updates or changes take a while to come through, which isn't ideal when you're waiting on important info.

Deel has been super helpful in streamlining the way I receive payments from the company I work with. It's just so much easier now to get paid, especially since everything is handled online and I don't have to worry about the hassle of international banking issues. Plus, Deel's system for managing vacations and time off is a real lifesaver. It's made keeping track of my days off a breeze, and I can easily communicate with my employer about my availability and time-off requests. This has definitely simplified my work life and given me more time to focus on what I enjoy doing.

What do you like best about the product?
The most amazing part about Deel is that you can withdraw your payment smoothly in minutes to any of your desired platforms such as your local bank transfer and another good thing is that you can keep clean track of your future payments through invoices. You can easily download your invoices as well. The customer support was great as I had a positive interaction. Also, you can integrate it quickly with your business workflows. I use Deel frequently to keep my payment cycle smooth. You can easily implement all processes of yours in Deel.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing particularly. However sometimes you can face delay in withdrawal of amount even though your local bank you added had been verified before.

It is making payment withdrawals and receiving them smoothly.

It's a very easy and intuitive-to-use platform where you can define the method to take your money to wherever you want, with just a few clicks. And of course, check if the payment is already available, etc.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Deel to receive payments about once a month from abroad, and I don't face any trouble with the user experience. I asked for and received good support with setting up my entity details and withdrawal methods. The login process is straightforward with my email or the Google account integration. I sense a good level of security with the two-factor authentication. Regarding the features, I mostly use invoices (download), expenses (add), transactions (download), and withdrawal methods (add) without any hassles. The communication process is good, I receive emails as soon as some event occurs in my account. Lastly, I see good movements from Deel to create a community, either with the content creation or promoting events.
What do you dislike about the product?
The verification required to access from the same device could be asked for more than 7 days in my trusted device.

Its quite intuitive, super fast to perform main actions you need.

Have not faced actual drawbacks. I mainly use money transfer which work quite fine.
