Talent Engagement Manager
What do you like best about the product?
The team is very responsive, which is extremely helpful. I would like to see a 1-page document illustrating where I can find the comparisons of benefits between countries.
What do you dislike about the product?
Too much information and not summarised enough. Would like to see a condensed version of benefits. I recently recevied a benefits summary page which was good, but would like to see a more condensed version to recruiters and HR people to make quicker decisions when going back to the candidates
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Wow, they take away all the admin from initiating a contract to offering the benefits program to our potential employees. The best thing is not having to worry about anything once you have submitted all the details for the contract

What do you like best about the product?
The Deel platform is user-friendly and intuitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's slightly on the pricier side, not sure how many smaller prospective clients would be able to use their services.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Deel allows us, a completely remote organization, to hire globally easily. Furthermore, their suite of services can assist us with visas, amongst other things. Without Deel we would have had to have had multiples employees/verticals running point on these needs.
Great system for EOR
What do you like best about the product?
I like the catered experience that each business receives. In addition, we have a dedicated account manager that helps with all intricacies that come along with our business.
What do you dislike about the product?
Deel is a start-up, so they don't have it all figured out, which is frustrating sometimes, but they are focused on improving, and the business has improved exponentially since we started using their platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They are working on a streamlined platform that simplifies hiring employees in countries where your business doesn't have entities. They make it easy to stay compliant, which can be incredibly difficult if you are unfamiliar with the country you are hiring in.

What do you like best about the product?
Deel is an incredible easy to use platform to create contracts, pay individuals, and ensure we're compliant. Our onboarding manager was very helpful getting us set up and answered all questions.
What do you dislike about the product?
None at all. The platform makes it very easy to manage contracts and payments.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Deel allows us to easily scale by hiring contractors in other counties without having to manage the logistics, liability, and compliance ourselves.

The platform is quite intuitive and easy to use, and the onboarding of new hires is fairly easy. Same with making contract amendments.
Deel also supported us with the best practice around terminations when needed.
In addition, we have the most wonderful and responsive CSM and the relationship is a partnership.

What do you dislike about the product?
It took a while to receive visibility to the contracts of the EOR, but that was fixed.
It would be good to receive some more benefit benchmarking on the different countries that we're functioning so have a better idea of how competitive we are compared to the different markets that we're functioning.
More transparency of payroll cutoff dates so we can ensure nothing gets missed in each cycle.
It would be useful to have the talent guidebooks accessible from the platform and not from the external website.

We are a remote-first company, so we're blind to where we hire. Deel helps us solve this problem and doesn't requires us to open entitles in each talent pool location.
Easy-to-use but Powerful contractor payments and administration platform
What do you like best about the product?
- We like the ease of use, the ability to use our own contract templates, the simplicity of onboarding team members, the speed or running payroll and making adjustments and the hassle-free way of funding the account.
What do you dislike about the product?
- Occasionally, there are buggy notifications but we've already raised this issue with our account manager and this is being looked at by the Deel team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- Making certain that our contractors get paid on time in a centralized and convenient manner.
Partnership with Deel
What do you like best about the product?
Deel's platform and smooth onboarding process is their biggest strength. Deel's focus is definitely on the usability and automatisation of processes on their platform, making it easy for new hires to go through this onboarding process. The fast responses of Deel's support team is great, although more difficult complex requests do take some time to get resolved.
What do you dislike about the product?
Whilst Deel has a great platform, there are some concerns with more complex requests that involve the wider team. For example, having to involve the wider legal or finance teams will result in your query/concern taking weeks rather than days.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our partnership with our Customer Success Manager has increased awareness and resolution speed of these problems. Through this partnership, I managed to resolve queries faster, leading to more engaged employees.

Navigation in the platform is very smooth and easy.

Calculate the salary prorata when you need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Deel solve not a problem but help your a need, i mean the contractor payroll in all around the world. It's very efficient and now, essential for the company.

What do you like best about the product?
DEEL helps us to manage the payment of our employees in an almost automatic way and in the best conditions. The support team is also always available to help us with any questions.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reports that we can download are not always very clear. Also, a "manager role" is missing, which would allow us to leave days off approvals etc. to the managers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
DEEL allows us to respect the labor laws of each country (contract, vacations, salary, probation period etc.).
Also the platform allows us to know when we have to pay the employees thanks to the reminder.

Smooth and hassle free. Allows us to focus on important things and not missing out on top talents.

The most important part is the ease of use of Deel services and the value they add by allowing us to hire anywhere. We don't need to compromise on talent and become a flexible employer.

At the moment not much to complain about. Every issue we had was resolved with extremely quick response.

Allows us to hire talents internationally. We could provide a choice to the top talents where they want to work from. That impacts their well-being and allows us to retain them.
