Opportunity to work remotely from anywhere in the world
What do you like best about the product?
Deel.com and had an outstanding experience with their services. The website is incredibly user-friendly, making the entire process smooth and efficient. From onboarding to managing contracts and payments, Deel.com offers a seamless and reliable platform. The customer support is top-notch, always ready to assist and provide quick solutions. I appreciate the transparency in pricing and the variety of features that cater to different needs. Overall, Deel.com has truly simplified the complexities of remote work, and I'm grateful for the exceptional service they provide!
What do you dislike about the product?
I recently had a rather frustrating experience with Deel.com, primarily due to the frequent changes in the website's UI. It's become a bit of a challenge to navigate the platform smoothly, and after each update, finding new features isn't always straightforward. Additionally, I encountered issues with the gift and card systems they provide; unfortunately, these don't seem to work seamlessly in Turkey. It's been a bit of a hassle dealing with these changes and functionality issues. I hope they can stabilize their platform for a more user-friendly experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Deel.com does a commendable job in facilitating seamless payment processes. Their quick and reliable payment options make managing transactions a breeze. I'm quite pleased with the ease of handling payments through this platform.
Easy for both parties
What do you like best about the product?
Getting paid and paying via Deel is wonderful, easy and intuitive. You have all the documents you need, withdrawing money is extremely easy and managing your employees is also really easy. New features are constantly getting added and the features actually add value.
What do you dislike about the product?
I actually think there is nothing I precisely dislike. It would be nice to maybe get a little bit more clarity on the dangers of the contract that we have regarding migratory issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I want to get payed in USD with a legal and easy contract. Deel solves it easily. I still have to pay my social security in Colombia and that process I don't get help with, but the rest is really nice.
Best platform to mange your income
What do you like best about the product?
The platform is developed in a simple and easy way, making it easy to use and understand, it also provides security and through it you not only receive money, but you can take advantage of it, obtaining clear information on topics of interest and even helps you manage your expenses and money and provide support with professionals according to your needs

There is nothing in particular that I don't like about Deel, so far it seems like a very complete platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Through deel it is easy to pay employees who are not in the same country, opening borders and making outsourcing contracting easy.

The way of improvement that we have to handle and place all of the information based on our salary and also the process to request really quick documents related to the company

At the moment, I don't see any issues regarding the system, the support is really incredible and also it has a lot of features to show off!

Well, the time of the payroll is really fast and it has a very good presentation to get comfortable with!
Easy to use, great option for remote teams
What do you like best about the product?
I have almost 2 years of using deel and one of the features I like the most is to upload expenses, in our team, we usually get bonuses for food or equipment and this makes it so easy since all of our team is remote. Another thing that I recently noticed is that we have the option to request a deel card. And in general, the UI is very user-friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I shared this last year but I would like it to offer more payment gateway options for people in Latin America. PayPal is fine, but it is a little tricky to open an account for example right now I am using bank transfer, and I am losing a total of $25 in fees.
Also, I would like to have more information on how deel card works in currency change. For example, I can have a digital card in Costa Rica which is great but, here al shops offer their product in Colones. So I would like to know how deel keep up with the currency change. Basically, that is the main reason I haven't requested my card, because if the conversion is too low I will be losing more money.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For latin america remote teams, usually look for someone who can pay via PayPal. But PayPal does not offer as many features as deel: upload expenses, see my contract, etc. Also, at least on my bank, it blocks new/unknown payments from Paypal. But with Deel I haven't got this problem, So this mean is a reliable software.
Fast, Efficient and Reliable Features
What do you like best about the product?
When I first used deel, it didn't give me any hardships. It was easy to set-up and also I received my pay and withdrawals very fast. One of the best feature that I've recently unlocked was the Deel advanced and I like it very much. It is very helpful when I needed additional cash when the payday is still away.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not that I dislike it but what I want to point are the transaction fees. Though it's normal to pay some fees for the services, I guess if the deel could offer a more minimal service fee, I think it would be great!

It helps me receive my monthly earnings from a different country with less transactions. I really feel like receiving my pay through deel is very easy.

Deel is easy to use and very clear. It helps me get everything done with whoever I am working with, from expenses to requesting time of. I love it!

What do you like best about the product?
1. Deel once added to your beneficiary account does all of the necessary security checkups. Unless your credentials are not changed, they let you withdraw your money quickly. Others like Payoneer, launch their security systems on almost every 3rd or 4th withdrawal which makes no sense.

What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, (very few times), Deel did not update the exchange rate, although the exchange rate is updated at Google and other notable Forex sites. However, it does not for more than one day usually
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Technically I don't have any problem which is blocking me from Deel side.
