The smooth onboarding process, clear instructions on job-related operations, friendly interface, decent UX, responsive customer support team, continuous improvements and willingness to address most customer needs, smooth payroll process
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could be registered directly via Deel in the UAE. You can't submit multiple files (onboarding section). these are the only my dislikes, cause I'm satisfied with the level and quality of service provided by DEEL

On-boarding, visa/legalization support (in UAE), payrolls, and business expenses coverage for the decentralized team spread around the world which makes modern corporate life easier
Customer Success Managing the proper way!
What do you like best about the product?
Working with Deel for me has been a total pleasure. My CSM, Tiago Mourão, is always available to assist, explain, explain again when I haven't understood and be the most human CSM I have worked with. He never fails to find the solution or answer to my questions and he does it with professionalism and an awesome sense of humour.
What do you dislike about the product?
I had to think for longer than 30 seconds which means there isn't anything worth noting here!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Deel enables remote hiring across the world, which benefits from me from a personal point of view as someone who lives in Cyprus and is employed by a UK company and also as a Talent Partner who has access to talent across the world!

The support offered by the Account Manager is surely extremely valuable. Secondly, the platform is quite complete, offers quite some functionalities and is thorough in onboarding and offboarding process.
I also particularly like all the insights offered by Deel when it comes to hiring employees all over the world.

What do you dislike about the product?
The platform could be more transparent, especially when it comes to change requests to the employees' contracts (i.e. showing all of the steps and timeline in a better way).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allowing the company to break geographical barriers, and being able to hire employees regarldess of where they are located, without the need for them to relocate.
Amazing experience with Deel so far
What do you like best about the product?
Deel's user interface and customer support are unmatched compared to similar platforms. I have tried 5 different international payment websites, and Deel has far exceeded them both on my side (employer) and my employees side as well. Deel is the best international payments platform, hands down.

Nothing to dislike so far. Everything has been spot on.

Great way to transfer payroll to any remote collaborator
What do you like best about the product?
What I liked the best about Deel is the coverage they have in their services of global payroll. It is really simple and easy to send money to someone that you hired in another country and keep them under your structure of payments.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike about Deel is the customer service. It can take up to 2 days or more and sometimes they don't even solve the problem at hand. They are special cases but this can turn into a recurrent thing.

Deel is helping businesses to keep their remote workers under the payroll of the company and as a user, this has helped me receive money for freelance work and also has helped me to pay other workers of my own.

What do you like best about the product?
Before I give you the highlights I must preface them by saying Assemble’s level of customer care is outstanding. I have never experienced support that is incredibly accommodating, will do as much of the lifting as you are comfortable with (heavy or light) and makes you feel like they are as invested as you are in having your company tailored site fully functional fast! The set up is seamless and the output is gorgeous! I love the ease in which I can see all employees and where they are in their range plus standalone ranges. Now take all of that greatness and sprinkle on a LOT of listening. They listen and then they make it happen. Sometimes on things that don’t even currently exist! Love that they are not regurgitating old school comp and doing what I have always knew was possible - making comp exciting!
What do you dislike about the product?
One day it would be game changing if market data was included in the tool, but adding our external market data is easy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Their constant communication about product improvements and additions helps us to start rethinking other vendors we currently have that we may no longer need.
