What do you like best about the product?
Using Deel as our EOR partner has been super easy. Everything can be managed from the platform, and whenever support is needed the CSM team is quick to reach out. Using Deel has made it easier for us to expand into new markets quickly
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform can be a little complicated to navigate sometimes. The Deel team has been super supportive and has even rolled out features we requested, so I am confident usability will get better soon
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Deel is allowing us to hire team members in markets where we do not have a presence yet. Their onboarding time is super fast, which means we can turn things around quickly

Very helpful platform for international remote teams

What do you like best about the product?
DEEl is pratical, easy to use. Different contract are available for different employment types. There is also a lot of background information available (international law, global hiring and specific DEEL per country info)
What do you dislike about the product?
The payment cycles have improved but it can get quite messy and unclear. The cut-off is the 15th (contractors) and for employees the payment is processed at the end of the month. Missing a cut-off you can't really change anything. More flexibility and timely processing of contract changes would also be an improvement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
More flexibility in payment cycles, one-offs and easier to make changes. More background information per country. Biggest change was the role of the customer succes manager for us and particularly how she helps us, is fast to reply and advises us (Maxine)

What do you like best about the product?
It's amazing how available, nice and patient our CSM is. It's so great since we're not a huge enterprise in Deel, but we still receive A-Level service.
What do you dislike about the product?
Unfortunately I wasn't very happy with the pricing and service around mobility/visa aspects.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Deel solves all the issues that can occur when hiring internationally: local labor law, different currencies, different cost centers etc. Here, the invoicing is easy and there are no markets that they wouldn't be super helpful around.

What do you like best about the product?
Everything is perfect. The platform is so easy to use and deel team always helpful
What do you dislike about the product?
Many things are perfect but i wish we could choose the past date for start date it would be perfect

They showed us great team work for everything especially visa transfer process

What do you like best about the product?
We like the self-service platform and the fact we're getting employment support for almost any place in the world.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes hard to understand the flow of the process and we're from time to time struggling to get more info about specific law requirements of benefits we need to be aware of
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us solve the fact we don't have legal entities where we want to hire so that is a huge support for us as a company that would like to expand.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to hire contractors and full time employees in any country without having to understand local labour laws, allowing me to focus on finding and retaining talent, rather than having to deel with compliance and payroll.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much to dislike - some countries are missing due to being listed on international banking/compliance ban lists.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to find remote talent in any country and apply the same steps on the platform regardless of where they are.

What do you like best about the product?
Ability to employ without entity in more difficult locations
What do you dislike about the product?
They have grown very quickly and are constantly updating which is great, but it does mean there are some teething issues with updates.
The payroll cut-off date is 15 of the month but they do not release invoices until much later which means any discrepancies always need to fix the month after, and due to different location regulations deductions are not always possible. You need to be creative to fix things. If invoices for the automated amounts were released earlier we could review and correct them in real-time before payments were made. You are essentially blind until you see the invoice.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Deel switched a payment in local currency to USD for us, as our candidate was adamant they would only accept in USD.

What do you like best about the product?
The fact that you can get information about employment in each of the relevant countries.
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes time to get a good understanding of the laws in the different countries from the representatives

Enables the employment procedure in different countries without the need to open foreign companies and deal with bureaucracy

What do you like best about the product?
quick hiring process, global hiring guides which help us navigate offering the candidate the best offer compliant with the local law
What do you dislike about the product?
The invoicing system is a problematic for bigger companies with established accounting processes - I would recommend to automaticaly send invoices to provided email address, due date should be mentioned in the statement and should not be set for the same date. There are some procedures that need to be met including approving process of the invoice and it is unrealistic to pay it in the same day. Plus the Deel fee for bank transfer and additional bank fee for the transfer is also questionable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Deel is helping us save money for not investing in the entity establishment or finding a new payroll provider etc.

What do you like best about the product?
Having an easy solution for paying our oversea employees. also, Very good customer support, always trying to find solutions when necessary. Dan Jagger is great!
What do you dislike about the product?
Only one payroll cycle a month, could help to have more since we have some updates once in a while and if we miss the timing of the cycle it can effect the employee. but overall great service!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Paying our employees in Europe, it's an easy solution for our company since we don't have an entity in Europe yet. The interface is good as well and they help us a lot.
