User friendly, and hassle free usage.
What do you like best about the product?
It lets you borrow money and pay it back on the next payout, or advance as they say. I am very satisfied about deel. I would highly recommend it to my colleagues.
What do you dislike about the product?
I seriously can't think of anything bad about deel. So far I have been enjoying it. I have been using deel for almost 2 years now, and I've never encounter any hiccups so far. I hope they continue to polish deel.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The quick and easy money transfer to my bank account, and the way that deel lets you borrow an amount and you pay it back on your next payout is phenomenal.

I appreciate the chat option. If you have a question they will always respond promptly. The upside I noticed with deel was early withdrawal.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downside of using deel is the currency difference. If the economy has a big change and the dollar drops in value. Then you are literally getting paid less every time that happens.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Deel has allowed me to achieve my goals to a better life & a better establishment with my family. Overall, deel has made it a possibility to start my own bufonees outside of the US.

Signed a contract and started to work for a company in a couple of days. All the documents needed provided. Easy both for the company and for employee.
Good for consultants. Reduces paperwork and makes it easier to get a contract with a customer.

What do you dislike about the product?
To send money in Thailand you need to send it by 1300$ by transaction. So, to send 4.000$ you need to do 4 transactions. A bit annoying.

Amazing and Innovative Platform
What do you like best about the product?
Deel is an intuitive platform that makes the management and payment of employees and contractors very easy! They have one of the best and prompt customer support that I have experienced. I highly recommend Deel to anyone that has not tried this amazing platform.

Deel Client account should have the a feature that allows one to deposit fund and then pay employees or contractors directly from the balance.

I like everything about the Deel platform. I think that it is perfect.

Deel solves the biggest problem with having overseas staff/contractors- they handle payroll, overseas payments, contract management etc

The extensive array of payment options provided by Deel greatly simplifies the process of paying our team. Whether it's regular salaries which we do bi-monthly or one-time expenses, payments can be effortlessly executed. The addition of new staff members is a straightforward and expeditious procedure. Setting up and generating contracts is a seamless experience. We rely on the Deel platform for bi-monthly salary disbursements, as well as for incorporating perks or expenses, and I find myself using the system at least on a weekly basis.
Deel's multitude of features caters to businesses of all sizes, streamlining management tasks and ensuring simplicity. The platform seamlessly integrates with Slack, enhancing the convenience of receiving notifications.

What do you dislike about the product?
The time-off functionality could benefit from enhancements. Although there are Slack integrations allowing employees to request time off, I've encountered difficulties in getting this feature to function properly. While a calendar view has been recently introduced, I wish there were options to incorporate public holidays and utilize it as a shared team calendar. Presently, I resort to a third-party out-of-office (OOO) tool in Slack and manually upload it because the team finds it cumbersome to navigate the system and locate the somewhat concealed time-off request feature. Additionally, having visibility into the remaining days off for each team member would be a valuable addition.

The policy with the Virtual credit cards.
I haven't used the virtual one yet, already got the physical one and wanted to cancel the virtual and now I will be charged for that card to. Even that I haven't use it already.

Smooth experience
What do you like best about the product?
The User experience on their website. It was easy from creating and account to withdrawing my salary; I felt like they always guessed what my next action were to be. Also the countless benefits and partnerships within the app, makes easier to organize your remote work.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can not think about something in specific. Maybe for some Latin American countries, it takes up to four days the withdrawal, which is a lot.

Deel is in charge of Payroll management for people around the world, with any problems because of different tax regulations. They know about all these details.

What do you like best about the product?
The platform is costumer friendly, there is always someone on line to talk to whenever I have questions about something. It has many helpful options like deel advance. I use it frequently and feel like the website is secure to access and I haven't felt my information or money is at risk at any time.
What do you dislike about the product?
That I can't withdraw cash from my debit card and that in some on line platforms like didi I can't use my digital card because it says it's from a different country so it doesn't allow me to do purchases. I would also prefer it it had an app and not only a website.

It allows me to get paid from abroad and access to my money easily.
