No Better Way to Work Internationally
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the clarity and conciseness of the Deel platform. It effortlessly tracks progress across various tasks, from onboarding and submitting time-off requests to contract review. However, the standout feature for me is the customer support. Deel's support agents are exceptional—accessible, responsive, and always ready with quick and straightforward solutions to my queries, going beyond what's available in the FAQs.
What do you dislike about the product?
While my experiences with Deel have been overwhelmingly positive, one area ripe for enhancement is the chatbot functionality. A more intuitive, AI-driven approach, similar to the capabilities of ChatGPT, would greatly streamline the initial support process. Often, I find myself bypassing the bot entirely in favor of speaking directly with an agent for even minor inquiries. If the chatbot could understand and adapt to the unique nuances of each user's questions, it would not only improve efficiency but also reduce the need for direct human intervention for straightforward issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Deel simplifies the complexities of international hiring, allowing me to easily secure contracts with American companies. It's opened doors for fair employment opportunities that were once out of reach for me as a South African.

What do you like best about the product?
Seamless transferring of money from Deel to my own bank account. Ease of sending my invoice to my client and approval of timesheet is very fast and easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing is not useful, everything is okay with Deel, ofcourse every transaction needs fees especially if you transfer from one local currencies to the other and sometimes I find it so much in which I hope they could lower it down.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I like that they we're able to answer all my queries in a fast and convenient way. I also like the fact that you are now able to see the status of your money whether it has been transferred or whatnot atleast now I don't need to worry as to where is it. Kudos!

Best thing as a contractor
What do you like best about the product?
As a contractor, we often deal with late salaries, constant follow ups with refunds as the employer side usually forgets. With Deel, I have never encountered this issue. I never had to communicate with the employer with my salary schedule as it is done automatically. It's just agame changer for me!

Probably having no mobile app. I always have to use deel in a desktop.

Having the employer do the administrative work for paying and managing contractors. No delayed payments so far.

What attracts me most to Deel is its ability to simplify the international hiring process. The platform is easy to use and allows me to manage contracts, payroll, and legal compliance in different countries efficiently. The transparency in the costs associated with global hiring is exceptional, as I can clearly see and understand the taxes and fees involved. The support the platform offers users to keep track of their money.

One of the areas I believe Deel could improve is its customer service. For example, here in Nicaragua, there is no support to obtain the card and thus be able to use the money without intermediaries.

Deel often requires users to sign contracts, which might not be ideal for those who prefer more flexibility. If you're a freelancer or self-employed, these contractual obligations may not align with your working style.

I've had the opportunity to explore various payment solutions to make international transactions smoother. Deel has been a game-changer for me since I cand send, use and receive payments through the platform without worrying about currencies, legals.

I wish we could take deel advance more than once. Sometimes I take a small advance at the beginning of the month - and even though my next payment has more than enough funds to cover one more advance - it's not an option.

What I like most is that the withdrawals arrive faster in my local bank account than the traditional method.

What I don't like is that they stopped issuing physical cards for my country (I'm from Ecuador). I can't even send a physical card to my US mailbox so that my trusted courier can send it to me and use it. I previously had one that came to me that way and I was happy to use my money from there without paying commissions for bringing it, but now its use is suspended in my country and this is quite annoying.
